Jesse is amazing has been able to fix my eyewear for 3 times. great guy. only store in bay area to fix eye glass. instead of buying a new eyeglass as replacement, come to this store and you could still save your eyeglass and fix it.

Had a loose hinge. Took my glasses to two optometrist/glasses shops. Neither could fix it. Seemed to think it was some challenging problem. Was referred to this shop. Not sure who was working that day, but he fixed it in less than 5 minutes, no drama, easy peasy. Will definitely go here anytime I need help with my glasses.

Huge, HUGE shoutout to Debra and the team at All American Eyeglass repair. I damaged the hinge of my very expensive, Serengeti sunglasses. I was dismayed and thought the were unsalvageable. Sending them out to Debra in Hayward was super easy. She had them back to me in under a week, for the quoted price. THANK YOU!!

After speaking with someone on the phone yesterday, I decided to give this place a shot. I showed up just after business opening and no one was there yet, but a sign on the door. I was desperate for a repair so I waited for someone to arrive. Jesse is absolutely worth the wait. He is as honest and direct as they come. Other reviews have misconstrued his directness for rudeness. He is not rude. He accurately describes what work will be done and goes above and beyond after that. He is efficient and you can tell he is proud of the work and service that he provides. Not only did he fix my issue, he replaced other parts of the glasses without an ask from me. I will definitely recommend anyone needing glasses repaired to at the very least give Jesse a call.

Jesse and Jesus are absolutely amazing! We use them all the time and refer our patients to them whenever we need repairs. They're the sweetest guys--always helpful, professional, and looking out for us. When we can't fix something in-house, we trust them completely to make it right. This place is great. Jesse looked at my glasses and said he could fix them in an hour. He accepts cash only, so after I went to an ATM, the glasses were repaired. Friendly, efficient, kind service. Thank you.

My eyeglass frame has a screw broken flush within the frame that kept the lens from being attached and was unusable. I had a second pair that I had mangled by sitting on, that to my frustration never sat square on my face anymore. I had a bit of a drive to get to the shop in Hayward so I chose to wait while he repaired them. While I was waiting, maybe a dozen customers came and picked up picked up their repaired glasses. Absolutely, everyone was "delighted" and their face lit with joy as they saw and tried on the repaired glasses. Very quickly Jesse came back and had both pair of my glasses ready. The pair with the broken screw in the frame were expertly repaired. The mangled pair were all beautifully straight again, like new! A new and extremely satisfied customer. Jessie was personable, fast, and and expert at magically repairing eyeglasses. In addition the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him if you need repair.
