Beware of Dr Marilyn Le, she is unethical and unprofessional. I was a patient of the office for more than 20 years. I returned a pair of contacts that did not fit fresh look color contacts have been discontinued and replaced with Air optics. Air optix curvature on the eye is not the same as fresh look. The reviews of Air optics will show that they do not fit all patients eyes the color covers your pupil so your vision is blurred. They lied and said that it would cost them to return the contacts. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that it's not true they take them back without a charge. When I came to the office to return the contacts I was given a letter by Dr Le asking not to return to the office. I didn't look at the letter until I got to my car. I thought it was just some form regarding the contacts. When I returned the entire staff was huddled and laughing. When I walked in Dr Le ran to the back and they straightened up. Totally unethical! This incident happened about a year ago. I decided to post a review in case someone else has experienced the same thing and like myself did not inform the public. I suspect racism. Dr Nguyen the first doctor I was a patient of more than 20 years ago sent me a letter regretting that I was leaving the office, not knowing that I was kicked out of the office for returning contact lens that did not fit my eyes. Beware of the fake friendliness. Totally unethical staff!

The costumer service is great! Both ladies and doctor are great..but the glasses I got are soo cheaply made (ray bans) and are defective..I have gone back about three times and they havent fixed them..the first time they were super wide and one of the arms fell off ..they are not even fitter right I have to push in one side thru my ear because they didnt do it right..I paid about 150 for these glasses and it seems that they dont really want to fix them..I called and asked and they said that I'd there were defective I would take somewhere else to fix

I love how great the experience is each every time we've shopped here. Dalia was amazing in how knowledgeable she was and totally cheerful the whole time. She had this amazing trick to precisely fit the bifocals I needed. Everyone there has always been greatly helpful.

Totally awesome experience! I really like the personal touch you get when you visit Dr. Sim. I don't feel like I'm put through an assembly line when I come here for my eye exam. Dr. Sim goes in-depth into the state of your eyes at all levels. Dr. Sim is so friendly, polite, patient, considerate, and truly professional. Dr. Sim is definitely the best optometrist I have ever met in my life. During the pandemic, I really appreciated them taking steps to maintain a low in-store capacity, ensuring everyone wears masks at all times, and wiping down optical equipment between each exam. Last of all, I couldn't ask for a better glasses frame shopping experience. Ariadna is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process from selecting the right frame and optical lenses to the best pricing. Thank you so much Dr. Sim and Ariadna for your excellent service!! I will definitely be back and strongly recommend you guys to everyone!

It's a five stars rating that I hardly had given out, but this one is a true exception; a lady name Dalia Mireles ( she could be a in house technician ) had given me the service that save me time and frustration by just willingly taken up the problem with her technical knowhow as well as her inclination of providing great customer service. More importantly, she went out of her way to get it done and did it right. This is the second time that I'd business at this shop. Overall, they deserved 4 or higher but because an individual like Dalia, I willingly give them 5 stars !!!

These staff here were very helpful in getting me an eye exam and new glasses after I had gone over 2 years without a prescription. Sadly, the glasses I got don't fit as I'd like them to. They didn't have a pair that fit me like I needed. It was too much of a hassle trying to figure it out.

The Optometrists are Class A, they are thorough, and kind. However, something happens that is Unconscionable in the Eye-Glass Frame Department. Not certain of the Dynamic that is carried out in the ordering of Frames and Lenses; not certain of the Manufacturer's responsibility in the horrible delay of the Lense crafting and the placement Of the Lenses. Nevertheless, the true Responsibility falls on Hayward Optometry.

I came in with my child's broken glasses and walked out with new frame in under 15 minutes. It was incredible. Friendly service and experienced help.
