I brought my mom to Dr. Paul Kwon at Hayward Costco after questionable, subpar experiences at our prior optometry and eyeglasses location. Everything greatly exceeded our expectations. The administrators were friendly, caring, helpful, and fast. Dr. Kwon was speedy with his exam, helpful, and knowledgeable. My mom and I are both extremely happy with the convenience, service and cost! We look forward to staying with Optometrists at Costco moving forward!

Dr.Paul Kwon was great.He is knowledgeable and explain very well what was going on. Appointment was smooth and had advanced technology to scan eye.I chose the non drop so i can not be blurry.Team was fast and easiest onboarding paper.Also convenient location inside Costco with great selection of frames.

Dr Paul Kwon is an excellent optometrist who really takes the time to provide optimal care! He is very patient and works very hard to provide the best prescription possible after carefully listening to any specific needs. His two staff members are very pleasant also. I highly recommend Dr Kwon.

Dr. Kelly Nguyen is outstanding! She handled mine and my partner's appointment with so much attention and care. As someone who generally avoids eye appointments, she made the experience comfortable and worthwhile. The entire staff was amazing and I would recommend if you are checking up on your eye health or doing it for the first time. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Kelly for a few years now, and I can say with confidence that she is an excellent doctor. She is skilled at explaining all of the tests that we have done, and she always makes us feel at ease during our consultations. Two thumbs up for Dr. Kelly :)

I had exceptionally amazing experience with Dr. Kelly Nguyen yesterday during my eye exam appointment who went out of her way to make me comfortable since this was my very first eye exam. I let Dr. Kelly know that this was my very first eye exam. Her efforts to explain me every detail at every step were commendable. Knowing that I was unaware of the procedure, she explained me what was expected. She was warm and welcoming. My nervousness at eye exam vanished as she explained everything. I would definitely recommend having your eye exam with Dr. Kelly Nguyen. Since I praised her, my husband asked for appointment for his eye exam, and Dr. Kelly was welcoming and suggested him that he could do it right away as a walk in appointment. The support staff who did my retina scan or taking some eye pictures was very supportive since she knew this was my first time.

Paul Soo Kwon is amazing.Hands down, the best eye doc experience we've had (both me and my squirmy 7 year old). Dr. Paul was friendly, patient, and super clear with his explanations. No question went unanswered, even the silly ones my mini-me threw his way. Plus, he put both of us at ease with his calm, approachable demeanor (thanks, Dr. Paul for hearing my korean!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch eye doc with a friendly touch! P.S. The office staff was awesome too!

Had such an amazing experience. Dr Paul Kwon was great, she was so informative and willing to answer all the questions I had. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the purpose of getting my eyes checked. She also answered the questions I had about astigmatism, contacts, and Lasik. Will come back again and looking forward to my next visit next year!
