America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Completely incompetent. They switch out people often and the people have no idea what they are doing. Customer services/attitude is horrible everytime and they look at you like why are you upset. One person in there that's has never messed up my order and she has been there for a while. The rest of them need training. I'm so pissed at this place. I will go out my way to go to another location or somewhere else all together. I recommend skipping this location!

We love americas best but not this location. We had an appointment at 2:20 and it was dead inside so we were thinking we'd be seen at our appointment time but nope. Dr was on lunch. Why make an appointment at the Dr's lunch time. We then saw the Dr coming back from lunch nice and slow and taking her sweet time. 2:50 and we still haven't seen the Dr.

Update: I had my exam and glasses ordered on Nov. 4th. I call Nov. 20th and they said my glasses were not ready for pick up. Call again on Nov. 29th and they said my glasses were shipped and should be here soon. Today Dec. 2nd, I missed a call from America's Best and they left a message saying they had to re-submit my prescription, because apparently they never ordered my glasses. SMDH. Was it hard to be truthful in the beginning. My last review prompted a response from corporate email. Really, what are they going to do. Put the staff on timeout for screwing up and lying about it.

When I went for my eye exam every single person in the office had very good customer service and was very professional. However, after almost a month of not receiving my glasses I contacted them twice and asked if my glasses were in. The second time I called, which was almost 4 weeks after my exam. They said they were just shipped and it should be a few days. I replied, why is it taking so long. She replied its because of the holidays. I took my exam way before the holidays. Lol. The excuse was unnecessary and untruthful. She should have just apologized for the delay. Talking about not taking accountability. I most definitely will not be going here for my next exam. I absolutely hate when people make unnecessary excuses like you are too stupid to know they are lying. To date, I still have not received my glasses.

Costco has much better pricing (bogo 1/2 off) and better warranties. Came in and got lenses because frame was not covered by insurance but I didn't need a new frame. I was never told that those lenses would not be under warranty. Well, now that one of my lenses is cracked because of them over tightening it they will not allow me to have that lens replaced, and they will not allow me just to buy one single lens. This all comes after A few years ago right before my wedding, they lost my frames that they sent out and made me jump through hoops to get them to cover the cost of any new frame. Like I said, I would highly Going to Costco or another place with better policies, better procedures for keeping track of your belongings, and overall better customer service.

I went to this location for an exam for contacts and glasses. Jenny was amazing at explaining my benefits and getting me rescheduled when I had an insurance issue. After my exam, I waited a long time at the counter before anyone acknowledged me. Maria eventually came over when she noticed I was taking out my trial contacts to leave and I told her I just wanted my prescriptions. She wasn't pleasant and only gave me my prescription for glasses. I had to come back and Jenny apologized and helped me once again get everything together. It was a less than great experience... My unsolicited advice: hold on to Jenny with everything y'all have because she's solely holding down customer service.

This is the worst place to get your eyeglasses. In Hesperia California , I have my glasses for two years and the transitions turn yellow on. Me took them back yesterday and told Them about it and I had a year warranty on him but the year warranty expired but still they didn't wanna do nothing about it and they should've never turned yellow. My transition should never turn yellow All my other glasses that I bought from previous people they never turn yellow and they they didn't Nothing they didn't want to help me So my next thing is, I'm gonna call the corporate office to find out & let Them Know

Went there on Thursday for our glasses. Great service and not a long wait. They had my husband come back on Friday to see an actual eye Dr. He had his glasses picked out on Thursday. They did the Dr. exam then it went down hill. Appointment was at 9:50am it is 10:45 and we are STILL WAITING TO PAY. I have asked if someone can just ring us up to pay that is all we are waiting for and I was told no only certain people can ring up the order. F for customer service. As I am writing this there is only one girl here doing people's glasses.
