I had a great visit today and it was all due to the great customer service I received from Debbie. She has a great personality and very attentive at her all surroundings. I was impressed on how much she was handling and still able to take care of me. I must've came in during rush hour because it was packed. Debbie you focused your attention on me and made sure all my questions were answered. I had much more pleasant visit this time than my last. You can tell you genuinely care and made me feel welcomed with your kind smile. Not to take anything away from the rest of the staff. Everyone always friendly and they make sure you're addressed as soon as you arrive.

Props to Debbie, what a great employee. She helped me find 2 pair of glasses within 5 minutes and I am totally thrilled with the look, and she helped me get my best discounts through my insurance. Very good customer service!
UPDATE
So just had my glasses i was sUPER happy... Until now I can't see out of them.
Apparently the expensive warranty they had me buy only covers the glasses not the lenses. This was not explained to me.
Kinda pissed I spent 400 flipping dollars and now I can't wear my glasses anymore.
