Terrible experience from the front desk the people are extremely rude and have attitude, they are very unprofessional and the optometrist himself is also very rude he himself has an Attitude when I told him I have astigmatism he said no you don't even though I been diagnosed by two different optometrist in the La area. I went there for 3 years only because they take walk ins but the last time I went I told them I need my glasses to have the antireflective coating for Astigmatism the optometrist said you don't need that and plus your insurance doesn't cover it even though i had confirmed with iehp that they do cover as long as I needed . I also found out that as part of my contacts exam prescriptions which I paid out of pocket they were supposed to include two boxes of contacts which I was never given for last 3 years only found because one of the new receptionist slipped up and told me. But overall do not go here there's plenty of more reasons they lie, gossip, in front of people and are very argumentative with the customers.

My daughter had her first eye exam here and I don't feel confident in the results. The doctor explained nothing to her , simply saying 1 or 2 repeatedly . If you're not explaining to her what you mean by that or at least me so I can she's just going to pick whatever. Also, repeatedly asking her what letters are on the wall and while I'm trying to explain to her to focus he just talked over me and kept going. They said the results were due to the pictures they took of her eyes not the letter tests so I agreed to the glasses . They kept telling me this is a significant prescription and she needs them really bad. My daughter has never had headaches or any complaints about her vision. We have never had to bring things closer for her or anything that would indicate vision problems. Her school did a vision screening and said she needed to be seen so I was not surprised by the glasses I just do not think the prescription is correct. The glasses were rushed and within a couple of hours they told us they were ready. I was very surprised they were ready so quickly. We picked them up and she wore them a couple hours she kept taking them off and then they broke. Same day they were broken. I was so over it by this point I didn't even bother calling to complain or find another resolution. This place is very busy and I'm sure the doctor is fine for older kids but my daughter is 6 and I definitely would not recommend for that age group.

It is a good place for a first visit, that is if you can put up with the attitude of the people at the front desk... I happened to be a very patient person so I can tolerate hypocrisy very well. They are just not friendly women which makes me wonder if they ever took a customer service training course or they just don't have any integrity which brings me to the reason of my low review, I accidentally sat on my glasses and one of the lenses came off, they were frame less glasses that were held by a nylon strip, well I took them in to have them fixed and they said it wouldn't be a problem, the lady that I was talking to me asked me if I wanted to replace the lenses because it was "really scratched" which I have to accept it had ONE very light scratch you could barely see it and was not a big problem for me because I had worn the glasses every day prior to bringing them in and I could see very well with them, so I said "no, I just need the lens put on" because It was just a matter of time for me to go get a new prescription anyway so I didn't want to spend on new lenses and then having to go back to get a new prescription it is completely unnecessary. So I get a call telling me that my glasses are ready and I asked "how much is it?" the lady on the phone says "there is no charge" so I thought to myself that's very cool of them. I picked up my glasses and put them in the case without inspecting them I was in a rush and just grabbed them and ran out the door. It was close to five so by the time I walked out they were already closed. I got to the store and pulled out my glasses to put them on and the lens they replaced looked like it had been poked with a knife, scratched and I mean it was really bad... So I go in the next day after work of course I had a really hard time at work because I didn't even took the glasses out of the case I could not see from the lens they had replaced. Anyway, I go in there and asked them what happened to my glasses and they said they don't use any tools to put the glass in, that they were brought in like that and that they cannot assume any responsibility for the damage because they were like that when I brought them in... after arguing with them for about five minutes and not being able to solve the problem I said "is there a way then that I can get my prescription so I can go get new glasses somewhere else?" the other desk lady that I had dropped my glasses with (Adriana I believe) was not there, but the one I was talking to about my glasses said yeah and she agreed to give me my prescription... When I left I told them they could keep the glasses because I had really no use for them, so yeah it was a really bad experience for me because I don't understand why they try to blame their mistakes on their customers. Or worst yet if they did that in purpose to make me feel obligated to get new lenses that is really messed up, I understand you want your customers to comeback but that was just not a good move on their part. My whole family goes there so I'm going to advise them to go somewhere else instead.

Cheap and super fast to pick up my new frames! Probably best lenses I've had and I've been to many many places that cost a bunch.

Apparently they are so busy that they don't take appointments- even for new patients- I have never heard of this before -

Took me in right away as a walk in. Need my eyes to be on point as I am a Victor Valley Transit Operator!

Customer service is the worst. The people working there are very rude.
