Dr. Bekendam was professional and informed me of what she was going to do. She examined my eye throughly and gave me feedback after asking questions. I'm a health care provider and would highly recommend her and Pacific Eye Institute. The staff is usually kind, empathetic and professional. One of the staff members was a bit short and abrupt with me during my visit this time. My appointment ran on schedule and as always their facility is impeccably clean.
