I had such a great experience at this optometrist's office! The whole process was fast, easy, and very professional. I had both a contact lens exam and a spectacle exam, and the doctor was amazing--thorough, friendly, and made everything comfortable. The staff was also incredible and extremely helpful throughout the entire visit.
My glasses took about two weeks to arrive, just as expected, and I have never seen this clearly in my life. I'm truly grateful for the doctor and the entire team. Thank you all again for your wonderful service!

Maria at America's Best, Jackson St Indio was terrific today. She adjusted two pairs of glasses I purchased there previously and did a perfect job. Now my glasses are not crooked and falling off my nose. She was also friendly in helping me search for a possible third pair with extended width. I offered to pay but no charge. Highly recommend.

My family and I have gone to this location for years without issue. Today however, I drove my daughter there for an appointment at 11:50am, and we arrived a little bit late at exactly 12noon. The lady at the front desk stated our appointment was immediately cancelled because we did not arrive within their 10-minute "grace period," even though we were there exactly at the 10-minute mark. No option to reschedule for that today was offered - she said the next available appointment was 3 days later. AS few minutes later we went online and saw numerous openings for appointments the following day! I will NEVER.EVER. give this company our business again.

The overall experience with the initial testing was great. The reason for the 2 stars is because of Dr. Chen. I've been wearing glasses/contacts since the 4th grade, this is the first time I've ever felt like I was giving "wrong" answers to my own vision. That's bizarre to me. She was making me feel like I wasn't giving her the answer she wanted. Then she kept on trying to tell me that I needed certain tests done for glaucoma. It doesn't run in my family nor have I ever been told this. Never again want to see this doctor.

I stopped in with a question. No one was in the place but me. I had to wait to be greeted, whatever she was doing was more important than me. I had a question and was told no they couldn't do that in a tone that told me they wanted me to know I was a moron. Which I'm not. Won't be going there for my glasses. You soon will be out of business with that kind of customer service.
