This was my first visit to this facility and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the furniture and the layout of the exam rooms etc. The staff was very friendly and polite and answered my questions completely. Dr Chang was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong with my eye and how he was going to fix it. I feel very confident that my surgery here will be 100% effective I went in for my second visit at the facility and was impressed as I noted before with the cleanliness, organization, and very polite and professional staff. They confirmed they processing from last visit and will schedule the surgery after completion of cataract removal surgery at different facility to be done prior. I look forward to getting the word that this surgery will occur also. Well I had the cataract and implant surgery yesterday and today had to follow up. The staff at the Aurora surgery center we're all very pleasant and helpful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and help me to be comfortable before during and after the procedure. I was at ease the whole way and I didn't even know that he had finished it was that quick. Overnight and today I haven't had any pain at all and have nothing but good things to say about them all. Now all I have to do is heal so that they can operate on the other eye and do the same thing. No worries :-)

Dr Murphy was efficient and explained what he was doing and his summary of my exam was excellent. However my appointment was at 1:40 pm. I arrived at 1:20 but didn't get called into exam room until 2:10. Front office should let patients know if the doctor is running more than 15 minutes behind as a courtesy. The facility was very clean. Staff was very good.

I love Dr. Forrest Murphy. He is a great eye surgeon. He has helped me immensely since last March. My vision has improved 100%. It's all due to him take care. God bless him.
