The staff was absolutely amazing. Very hard work ethics from the staff as well as timely attendance to help you see the doctor as soon as possible and care for your needs. Tiamara Was absolutely amazing when I went in to see the doctor with her she was very kind and super helpful. She answered all my questions because girlllll I had lots of them, but she was very patient with me. Now let me tell you about Sarah , She was absolutely amazing when it came to picking out my glasses. She gave me all different kinds of information of payment plans, and and different prices as well as helping me figure out the best glasses cause a girl trying to look cute and she Was very helpful gave me honest feedback as well as helping me pick out the glasses that i will be happy to take Home and she was patient with me too because girl I'm telling y'all I'll be having so many questions. the staff in the front to the technicians to the doctors are absolutely wonderful service for my health and I HIGHLY Recommend going here. Very OPTOmistic atmosphere. ;)

I was impressed from the beginning until the end of my visit. The receptionist was very friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. Bianca explained each and every step of the process while doing the testing and the Doctor was very thorough and it was just an overall great experience. I had scheduled my appointment online and called to ensure my insurance was accepted. I spoke to Jocelin and met her when I went in. She was great! Very helpful! I really appreciated all the time she took to ensure I get the best care that I can. She made me feel comfortable and I loved her nails! Stunning! I had a great time! Waiting was short and the place was clean.

I brought my mother for an annual vision check-up for the first time with this vision center in July then a follow-up appointment this month. My mother's visit went great! The entire staff were friendly and efficient. Both optometrist's who examined my mother were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. We were satisfied with everything. Thank you!
