Dr. Vickie Bui and her staff was very efficient and kind during my routine eye check appt. I was never pushed to get glasses or lens as I only had a minor correction. The entire process of scheduling appointment to the eye test and out was handled very smoothly. Dr. Vickie took the time to conduct all the tests very patiently. Will continue to visit this location and the doctors office in the future.

I recently went to lens crafters and spoke with Izzy after receiving an eye exam. The staff, Jessica and Dr. Chang, for the exam were very efficient and helpful to assist me and answer all the questions I had during th exam portion. The eye exam itself was very thorough and advanced. Izzy then proceeded to explain why lenses I could do, and the options that suited me best for the frames. She was very patient and helpful in my decision. Definitely will be going back and did have a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience here! Vickie was super friendly and explanatory following my eye exam. When it came time to decide what frames to purchase, Trudie went above and beyond helping me leave excited for my new pair of glasses!

Dr. Chang and her assistant Kim and staff are always so professional and kind. I truly feel such a warm family friendly environment every time I come in. I actually look forward to going in to see them. They recall every single detail we've discussed previously, it's so genuine and authentic. I truly feel appreciated and valued as a patient and that means the world to me. I highly recommend them and I sincerely appreciate the quality of service that I receive on each and every visit.

My wife had a sudden eye issue, so we went to Iris Bright Optometry in the morning since they accept walk-ins. The office was clean, the staff were kind, and the doctor was friendly. After the exam, she was referred to another provider for advanced care, which we hoped to visit later that day. Iris Bright did not send the exam report to NVISION, which was quite disappointing to discover during our visit there. The NVISION doctor didn't know what was going on, so we had to repeat the exam. Before leaving, the staff recommended an eye drop called Regener-Eyes, costing $85 for just 3ml, and suggested we buy three bottles. It confused me, since we were going to see a specialist the same day -- and the specialist would definitely prescribe something appropriate for advanced care. I only bought one, and it turned out to be useless and a waste of money. At NVISION, we asked three different doctors about it, and they all told us the same thing: Regener-Eyes is not a prescription medication and not helpful for her condition. The primary doctor even said, "Forget about the prescription you got in the morning -- I'll give you the new ones." We appreciated the quick care, but please don't try to sell costly products that aren't truly helpful to the patient.

I was running late to another eye appointment and I was told they were booked so they couldn't take me, so I made an appointment here. This location appears spacious and clean. The customer service is very nice, I believe the woman that helped me was Izzy. She picked out some frames for me to try while I waited for Dr. Bui, and I actually really liked one of the frames she picked for me, and she helped me get my PD at the end of my visit. I might just switch to this location, I didn't have to wait like 30+ minutes just to close out my transaction.

We took our son for ortho-K treatment last January. Our son's vision was around -3.0 at that time. We were promised he w I uldny need to wear glasses after a couple of weeks of wearing these lenses and we bought it. Waited a little over 4 weeks for the ortho-K lenses to arrive. Then after 2-3 weeks we went back and not much changed. Ok, we continue using it and my son gets some retina abrasions from it. They say its our fault and we buy some lubricants, take concentrated D3 oil and continue. A month later his vision is now +1.25. We were told he had astigmatism and the vision is now farsighted. WTH, couldn't you tell from the beginning that this was going to be the case? If we knew we wouldn't have even gone with it. We decided to just use it until the year end and ended up stopping after 10 months. Total wasted ~$2500-2800 including the 1yr treatment, initial exam, expensive lubricants, lens cleaning solutions, vitamins. Now we are just waiting for my son to turn 16+ so that we can just go with lasik. We should've just saved us a lot of headache, time and money were we told in the beginning that this was not going to work out the way they sold it. SO BEWARE, YMMV.

Fantastic service my representative was Izzy she was great The doctor was great everyone was great I really appreciate the team there. All I ask is to have more frame options for people with wide round faces but other than that everything was great Thank you. I'm looking forward to receiving my 2 new glasses both prescription clear and prescription sunglasses.
