Going into LensCrafters for the first visit without an appointment and still being seen within minutes was awesome. All the staff from picking out my frames, having the exam, seeing the optometrist and the final step of choosing sunglasses or non they all were amazing.
I could not completely decide so I purchased both pairs.

This is my first time here and I must say "it was a pleasant experience". The service was top notch from the sales person to the Optometrist, everyone was a great and answer all of our questions. They even continue to work with us after closing time. I guess we got the special 1 on 1 treatment. They have a wide glass selection and the store is clean and bright. My wife and I recommend this place, if you are in need of a new pair of glasses or need an eye exam then this is the place to go.
