Dr Cao was amazing with my grandmother!! Her patience for working with someone in her 90's was outstanding. Her level of compassion and kindness was amazing and I am very appreciative to the Dr for listening to her and addressing her concerns and all the questions she had. It was very thorough exam and she didn't feel the least bit rushed. She picked out two pairs of glasses and cannot wait to receive them! Thank you GVCO we appreciate you!!

Quick and friendly staff. The staff are really nice. Although they don't give you an itemized receipt and they rush to get you to pay instead of providing a print out and sharing costs. Also, not very upfront about what your insurance covers at the beginning of the appointment. But, really my fault for not asking. Still, I think a little more transparency upfront would be appreciated. Also, get the name of your patients correct.

This is a great optical center! Since my eye Dr retired we have tried two other places and they were terrible. Both my husband and I have been treated so well. Today I came in because I had cloudy vision. The staff helped me make an appointment quickly and Dr Cao saw me and helped calm my fears. Wonderful, caring staff are nice and helpful.

All of the front end staff are so kind and friendly. They took me back right away to start some of the eye testing. I met with Dr. Cao- also so nice and friendly. Did a very thorough exam- lots of great education. very happy with this location and will continue to return :)
