The one thing I'm not very happy with is , that even though they schedule you at the certain time, I still had to wait 25 min . What is the point to give you a certain time , if you still have to wait. Maybe it would be wiser not scheduling so many patients next to each other. Better time planning would be appreciated.

First. I called for an early appointment on Friday. I got a 9am appointment for Monday. Fantastic! From the reception, to the tech, to the Dr. I was treated with kindness and respect. This was my first visit, and already have a follow up appointment. My issue was sever dry eye. I am so hopeful that I will be able to sleep tonight without stabbing eye pain. On top of the great service, I even scored a coupon for my prescription and eye drops. Thanks so much!
