Dr. Jacobs and everyone at Harvard Eye are AMAZING. The care is above and beyond! I'm a physician, so I know how difficult it is to manage and run a private practice. Their facility is beautiful and the medical attention is top notch. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kim. He was incredibly patient and friendly, and he took the time to explain everything he was looking for during my eye exam. He also clearly described what it would mean if I had diabetic retinopathy, in a way that was easy to understand and never overwhelming. His knowledge and calm approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough eye specialist.

Update: My appointment went okay. This place is huge and a hub an activity. All I wanted was to have my right eye checked since it was the injured eye. I had to go from space to space to have all these tests and measurements done which weren't needed for the purposes of my visit. . For me, this office is too big and too busy, lacking the personal touch I like and which inspires confidence. They do validate parking, so that's a plus. Full disclosure: I have not gone here yet, but the appointment making process was so frustrating.The girl who "helped" me was robotic and did nothing to try to accommodate. The other day I was hit in the eye by a hot pebble that exploded from a fire feature at a restaurant. My doctor noted this appointment to see a cornea specialist needs to be treated with some urgency. When I pointed this out to the robot girl, "Yes , ma'am." I am scheduled for 10 days from now. I explained again that my circumstance isn't routine, that I'd been hit in the eye with a hot rock. "Yes, ma'am." If this is a preview of what I can expect in ten days from now for my urgent appointment, it's not going to work out well for anyone! That is if I can still see well enough to drive there.

Dr Ahmad is one of the most excellent doctors i have ever met, absolutely competent, compassionate and also humorous. My cataract surgery went absolutely astonishing. So did pre- and post care. The surgical center's team - top notch!!! Thank you all in Laguna Hills!!!

Dr. Seats is beyond fantastic. I mean how can you go wrong with a brilliant Harvard grad with an eye ( no pun intended) for facial symmetry. I feel very well card for in her car and value her knowledge, observations, and recommendations. She' listens and communicates clearly. Very personal, pleasant and i highly recommend Dr Sears at Harvard Eye Associates.

5-Star Experience+. My optometrist highly recommend Dr. Kim, and I clearly understand why. I was able to make an appointment for same day with an urgent issue, entire staff from start to finish was warmly professional, entire exam process was thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi diagnosed and clearly explained my issue and promptly provided laser treatment to solve the issue within 2 hours of my arrival. I am in awe of the overall professionalism and grateful for the care they provide. I would readily recommend Harvard Eye to everyone.

Walked in with a new problem. Had not been in for several years since they did my cataracts. The in processing was efficient and caring. Saw a Dr. who listened and recommended a course of treatment. We'll see how the treatment works. The experience has been positive so far.

From the time I arrived till the check out, everyone behaved professionally. There was minimal wait time and I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes. Dr. Connie Sears is excellent and she had great bedside manner. She took her time for my eye exam and explained to me the causes and treatment plan for my condition. She also made sure that the billing etc. goes through proper insurance authorization. Only thing I would like to suggest is the office should give parking instructions during the appointment setup as a new patient like myself would not know to bring car plate number to get the parking validated. Overall good experience.
