I've been a patient here for I can't even remember how long and I would never consider going anywhere else for my eye care. Dr. Vu is so knowledgeable, patient and caring. You feel like a real person that she and her wonderful staff actually know. They provide the kind of personalized care that is absent in so many medical practices. As my eye care needs have evolved over time (i.e. I've gotten older), Dr. Vu has made sure to provide me with the best options to see well doing the activities that are most important to me, while arming me with the information I need to help maintain my long-term eye health. It's weird, but I really look forward to my visits and eye exam every year. Thank you Dr. Vu and team!

I came in for my regular eye exam today (I usually go every other year), and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and I didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Eck-Ursetta, O.D., was thorough and easy to talk to. Everything felt smooth and efficient -- highly recommend if you're looking for quality care in a low-stress environment.

When my previous optometrist stopped taking VSP, I went on the hunt for a new location. After a lot of research, I ended up here. The staff and Dr. Ursetta are honestly incredible. My family of 6 has been doing annual checkups, contacts and glasses for over a decade and without contest this is the best optometrist we've ever experienced.

Dr. Vu and her staff are AMAZING!! They're always so honest. I came in there to talk about Lasik and contacts. She told me I didn't need either. Because I have astigmatism, I have an advantage. They never try to take advantage like so many other optometrists have in the past. I saw how much class they had when I went to my appointment on Monday, and this woman called the office. I hear this lady screaming at the top of her lungs, using the worst profanity and calling them names, for over an hour! The way Dr. Vu and her staff diffused the situation and kept their composure as this horrible woman verbally abused them, I have a new level of respect for them! Thank you, Aliso Niguel Optometry, for being the very best in the industry!!

Perfect Optometrist! I went there because of great ratings. But now I experienced the fantastic service myself from Dr. Ursetta. I thank God that there are caring people like her around to keep this country beautiful. Courteous, respectful, very thorough, took her time to get as much history to understand my background, detailed exams and review of results. From all the questions she asked and the exams she performed I left knowing a reliable base line has been established. May God bless her and her family for being such a contribution to this community. Staff were very courteous as well.
