Life-changing results after 10 years of dry eye suffering!
I cannot recommend Total Vision and Dr. Edyta Klimek enough. I have suffered from red, itchy, and burning dry eyes for over 10 years. Back in 2021, a different doctor prescribed Restasis, which I faithfully used for two years with absolutely no results.
I came to see Dr. Klimek, and she performed a punctal plug procedure. The results were immediate and incredible. The very next day, my eyes were white, and for the first time in a decade, I didn't need eye drops. I honestly didn't realize how much my eyes were bothering me every single day until the pain was finally gone. If you are struggling with dry eyes, go see Dr. Klimek. She truly changed my life!

Yikes! Yikes yikes! Ever since Dr. Rob left the level of service and wonderful customer service is completely gone. The manager needs to contact me NOW! I'm so tired of the run around with picking up glasses. It's very frustrating to pay for a service or product and not get it and then come back 4 different times and still leave empty handed. I need to be contacted by the manager immediately.

I've been going to this eye doctor for years, but unfortunately, the focus of their practice has shifted in a disappointing direction. Instead of prioritizing patient care, they seem more concerned with upselling expensive glasses and additional exams that aren't necessary. They also don't inform you about the lower-cost options covered by your insurance, instead defaulting to the highest rates available.
Additionally, if you choose to pay for glasses with a credit card, they try to charge an extra fee, which feels unfair given the already high prices. It's frustrating to see a practice I once trusted become more about sales than service. I hope they reconsider their approach, but for now, I'll be looking for a new provider.

We never would have remained if he did not continue his extreme caring and professional attitude He is a one of a kind doctor and you never feel rushed when you are with him. He listens and asks questions to determine the best course to take. After all, it is your eyes and he wants to be certain you can see for life. His staff are top notch and very professional, also. I give everyone a 10 rating.

I had an appt here yesterday and the staff was fast, efficient and friendly. I really appreciated the thoroughness and friendliness from Dr. Coutier (sp) during my exam. I also had a really nice and friendly experience with Laura, when choosing my glasses, the woman who did my eye texting before my exam (I forgot her name, I'm sorry) and the manager there Arthur. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

He is a great person as well as a great eye Dr. Although I usually see him only once a year he always remembers things about my children or family and asks me about them. That personalizes each visit . Equally, his office staff is always very friendly and professional at all times. I would highly recommend Dr. Henslick and this vision care center.
