Dr Callister and Robin were absolutely awesome to me! Robin is sooooo great at helping you pick out frames. This is NOT my first rodeo but Robin gave me the BEST customer service I've ever had! Thank you Griffin Optometry !

Dr. Griffin is great - kind thoughtful and through. Highly recommend him. His office staff - not so much hence the 3 star rating. The receptionist is rude - she asks questions and does not listen for your answer. It's really strange to have to provide her the same information twice. Recently I received my annual supply of contacts, the order took a good 15 minutes and the staff member asked twice about the prescription. We clarified everything and then I left. When the shipment arrived, I received the wrong contacts. Worse, when I called to return them, the rude receptionist said no one can help me and they will call back. How difficult is it to provide an RMA?? I have been a patient for many years and I have seen how "busy" the office staff is talking about their dinner last night or planning their vacations. Not my responsibility how the office is run AS LONG AS THEY DON'T MAKE MISTAKES!

It was my first time using this facility. Very knowledgeable, people respectful, and they explained everything which I loved The office is very nice and clean The staff and the doctor are great

Robin was a refreshing change and a pleasure to work with. My glasses are great, I will definitely be back soon with my son and wife.

I and my wife went there for routine eye exams, and had a very bad experience. Incompetency from top to bottom.The new prescription for lenses were wrong and when we informed them, the answer was that "this is the way it is"and nothing could be done.Finally we could change the reading glasses(lens only) for my wife, exactly similar to the one she had.As for my glasses I didn't like the frames they had available and requested my new lenses to be mounted on my existing frame.My lenses (progressive and polarized) were supposed to be made of the best quality materials.When ready, I was not able to read small letters.(I could read with my previous lenses.)They said it is normal!!!.Anyhow couple of days ago I saw that the frame is loose and one the lenses is not fixed. Apparently the damage was done in the lab and was fixed temporarily.I took the glasses to them, they claimed it is not their fault and this is a normal "wear and tear".I haven't had such experience in past 40 years of wearing glasses.I don't recommend this place and company to anyone.Pure Incompetency.

Robin always helps me choose my glasses and we have a blast, the frames are so pretty and she makes the whole process fun!

Such a wonderful place, I called about a recent eye issue and out of genuine concern they were able to squeeze me in right away for a medical visit. Every single person I interacted with was professional, upbeat and just nice to interact with. For the first time in a very long time I felt like I was getting upfront honest medical guidance along with putting my well being first rather than other medical experiences where i felt it was about the profits. These places are super rare to find these days and I would absolutely recommend this place !!!! More businesses should model what they are doing!!!!

I wasn't going to leave a bad review and then I thought it was my duty. I had an emergency- I SCRATCHED my Cornea. I had both Vision and Medical insurance and confirmed Dr. Griffin was an approved provider. After paying my co-pay I received a bill. The eye exam was covered under my Vision Plan and the Urgent Care was covered under my medical provider benefits. I contacted Total Vision billing and notified them that they, per my insurance, had not coded the SCRATCHED cornea (white of my right eye) correctly. I continued to receive the same bill. Then they sent me to collections. A scratched cornea is Urgent Care and is covered by my insurance. They can not code accurately and you will pay for it. BE CAREFUL...now I go to Costco. The BEST EYE CARE EVER!
