Acuity Eye Group in Lincoln Heights has the most efficient front office staff among the locations I have visited since 2018 to the time of this review. When I have a problem with scheduling, conflicting doctors orders, need prompt assistance or an urgent situation, I've always been able to get prompt assistance when i've called here. I feel this location is the only one that has retained the standard of customer assistance, curtesy and efficacy that Accuity had when I first began going to their locations in 2018. It's a small location and always busy at this location, but at least so far, I haven't had any issues getting an appointment here, especially on an emergency basis. My primary doctor rotates to this location, so I go here occasionally, but its not close to me, not especially easy to get to. There is a paid public parking let next to it, the street parking is always full unless you have a morning appointment.

Very friendly staff and always get called at your appointment time give or take 5 minutes but it's better if you book appointment in afternoon after 1:00 p.m.

It took them five separate times to communicate the correct prescription to the pharmacy for my eye infection. This spanned over the course of 6 days. To top it off, Dr. Rose requested for me to return for an eye exam for glasses even though I had just tested 20/20 the day of my first visit. For the cherry on top, the receptionist staff. Rude and always tried to rush off the phone from the get-go. Mind you I was only calling because of THEIR repeated mistake. I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

Today I took my grandmother to her post op appointment with Dr.Chen busy clinic but staff was very professional,efficient and amazing the lady's up front were very welcoming and caring. Even when they had many people calling and asking questions. Dr Chen is an amazing love that he speaks Spanish! Thanks to all the staff we will see you soon!

It is January 3rd, 2024. I went it to this location as a new patient. I can't seem to understand the negative reviews. I was greeted politely and assisted immediately as I entered the facility. The front desk staff was very helpful and prompt with my new patient paperwork process. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was called in by one of the optician assistants. The service was fast and very efficient. I am a die-hard introvert, so the level of comfort and care provided, I will say, was outstanding. Dr. Vivian Chau was excellent and quite patient when it came to helping me figure out my new prescription. I also received a big help from T. Lopez, who was kind enough to give me her opinion on which frames looked best on me. It was an all-around great experience. Can't wait to return to pick up my new prescription glasses. Thank you all for your great service.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with friendly staff. The office is clean and welcoming! Dr Ward and his nurses/ staff cater to elderly as well as young. Patience is given as needed. They explain in detail the procedure and make you feel comfortable and important. I have been taking my elderly father for over a year and I am very satisfied with the care given, he sees better and Dr Ward is awesome. Bilingual location. Please schedule your appts with this group, you will be happily satisfied
