I believe Layla was the employee who spent the time needed in this circumstances. Hopefully I have her name correct because she didn't quit. She completed the job. And I really appreciate her focus. I've dealt with maybe a half-dozen or more of their staff/doctors over the time that I got an exam and then contacts/glasses. Every single person was incredibly helpful and polite. My questions were always answered carefully and I was always listened to and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. I also overhead staff speaking to customers in Spanish (noting this for anyone it may be helpful for!)
The staff carefully looked at my insurance and recommended the best way to pay for my products/services that would be cheapest for me. I would highly recommend this location!
