I had an outstanding experience at America's Best Eyecare + Eyewear -- and Maria truly made it exceptional. I walked in trying to replace a pair of glasses that had been broken for almost a year (I'd literally been using sunglasses as my regular glasses!). Maria immediately stepped in and made what felt like an impossible task completely smooth and stress-free. She confidently helped me find the exact match, put everything together seamlessly, and handled the entire process with such calm professionalism. Beyond that, she even tightened my current pair so they fit perfectly again. Her friendliness, patience, and confidence made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I honestly walked out feeling like a millionaire. Maria is knowledgeable, warm, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you go here, ask for her -- she's amazing.

I meant to post it last week, but better late than never OK... I've been going to Americas Best Contacts and eyeglasses since I got out of high school (Kansas city days) I've also tried a a few Kelly locations, over the years probably hit up six or seven locations, but THIS ONE? hands down the best experience yet! first of all - HOURS. Later than most eye places. (this one till 7 PM, some stay open even later) which comes in clutch when you've got a packed schedule. Parking = chefs kiss. Biggest lot I've ever seen at one of these stores. No circling, no stress. Appointments are easy. Book online or talk to a real human on the phone. (shocking, I know.)! They're also flexible if you need to reschedule. When I walked in, the front desk girl greeted me right away (shout out to Lauren, I think?) and I didn't even have to wait. Dr. Roger no Mora, O.D.was awesome - super kind, professional, explain my prescriptions, and still got me out in a great time. Efficiency plus personality.. Now, can we talk about their membership?? for 129.00 you get 3 YEARS OF UNLIMITED EXAMS ( contacts + glasses) AND discounts on glasses, frames, lenses, contact lenses. Like... That basically pays for itself after one visit. love a good life hack. Staff here is just so nice. Even though I was one of the last appointments of the day, nobody rushed me out. Maria. (Manager) help me with my order and broke down all the pricing. Also overheard her switching into Spanish on a call earlier when I was browsing through frames. which I thought was amazing for the community here in SoCal. The store itself is clean, organized, has a ton of frames and even a public bathroom (parents/kids/anyone with a coffee addiction = llifesaver ). From start to finish, I felt taken care of. Usually, I don't leave reviews for chain spots, but this location deserves it.

I had such a great experience at America's Best on South La Cienega! The whole team was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the store was spotless and well-organized. A special shout-out to Jocelyn, who went above and beyond to help me find the right frames and make sure my order was perfect. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind -- the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Dr. Phun was also excellent -- thorough, attentive, and made the eye exam easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for affordable eyewear and outstanding service. I walked in and it was very welcoming. Every single employee were very friendly and helped me with all of my needs with my appointment and I also needed my glasses adjusted and they fixed it easily. The pricing here is also very affordable and they have a great variety of glasses. Definitely recommend this location on La Cienega.

I bought two of the cutest pairs of glasses at the LaCienga location (with eye exam it was a deal!). A few days ago, I feel asleep with my favorite pair on and rolled over smooshing them! I brought them into the store, and, to my surprise and joy, Jocelyn fixed them right up! Love this store!

Horrible customer service from Maria. She spoke in a very condescending and unhelpful tone. In addition to this she was unable to find my pickup order and once she realized it was her own mistake made up a fake story to cover up her incompetence. Please remove this person as she is unfit for customer interactions. I can understand a mistake - but having a attitude and speaking to customer as if they are beneath her is very unprofessional.

ARLETTE AND AMY were absolutely amazing! They made my experience is so easy... The doctor here also is so nice and kind. Arnett gave me free contact solution because she knew I was out. This is my favorite Americas best so far!!!
