America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I love the staff from the receptionist to the optometrist and everyone in between. Unfortunately the final product wasn't good for me. I wanted reading glasses and perhaps I should've been more specific as I read off of a computer. Reading my phone was ok but that's it. I went back and again super nice no questions asked. New glasses took a lil longer but no problem. I learned they outsource the glasses to Mexico. Finally my glasses were ready I picked them up and alls fine. I get to work and alls blurry on my computer screen and my phone now though looking far is nice, clear and bright. Again super nicely they asked me to comeback within 7 days for any adjustments but at this point I've given up. I say give them a try as perhaps mine is an isolated case.

I had an excellent experience at the American Best Contacts & Eyeglasses location at 5818 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Frank provided outstanding service--he went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help. Unlike my experience at the Beverly Hills location, where I was told they don't send glasses to their laboratory, Frank and his team resolved my issue immediately. Thanks to them, my glasses now fit perfectly and no longer break. Their customer service is exceptional, and the staff is highly knowledgeable about eyewear. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable and professional optical care.

The staff at this location were helpful and friendly without being pushy. The Dr. was knowledgeable and attentive. I am very pleased with the service and love my new glasses. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

I bought my glasses from this store, but unfortunately After a short time of normal use, they already broke. I was disappointed with the quality and the long waiting time. I hope the store can improve this in the future

I received my new glasses from America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses which now allows me to view the world in high definition. The staff members assisted me in selecting glasses which turned out to be stylish according to my expectations.

Paid extra for thin lenses, but they're twice as thick as my old ones from a year ago. When I asked the associate, he said they were thinned, which clearly isn't the case.

This has by far been my worst ever experience with a glasses lens company and I have been a glasses wearer for 15 years. I initially went in to get new lens put into an existing frame with an outside prescription. They filled this prescription and the lens were terrible, making me feel dizzy and disoriented. They suggested I get re-tested and then they can try again. We did just that and I got back the second set of lens and the problem was still not solved. Despite being slightly better, my periphery was completely out of focus and there was still a jarring disoriented feeling. I tried to allow my eyes to get used to this for a few weeks and had no success. I resorted to going to another lens place that filled them and provided high-quality lens that were perfect. Thus, the quality of product that America's Best Lens promises is not upheld and people should exercise caution when buying their lens. I tried to receive a refund on these lens and was informed by one employee that this shouldn't be a problem and that a manager would contact me. The manager never did contact me and so I reached back out only to be denied the refund because I was outside the 30 day refund window. While I appreciate they have a policy around refunds, they failed to understand that I allowed time to try and let my eyes adjust to these poor quality lens and then had to allow more time to explore another option (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). All of this takes time and the fact that they lie about the quality of their product and fail to compensate people in any capacity who have been duped by their system is abhorrent.

Best experience I ever had at an optometrist! Service was helpful and friendly. The doctor was delightful! I picked up my glasses today and mentioned to the general manager how pleased I was with everything. He explained that he was new and has been "cleaning up shop," so if you've had a bad experience, it's worth a try again. The glasses and service provided was an excellent value for the money!
