Complete Eye Care Center

I admit I'm guilty of only complaining in reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience at Complete Eye Care, I felt compelled to let everyone know. Incredible service, top-notch selection, quick turnaround, and they stand behind everything they do. How refreshing! My eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription for one eye. Complete Eye Care had no obligation to fix it; it wasn't their fault. BUT THEY DID! They truly want to make sure the customer is happy. Well done, team! I'll see you next year after my annual eye check-up.

Absolutely the Best! I've been coming to Complete Eye Care Center for years, and they've never let me down. The doctor and staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. They've done all of my glasses over the years -- and every single pair has been perfect. The quality, precision, and service are always top-notch. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers this level of care and attention. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Not everyone truly enjoys the holiday season. For many, it's filled with illness, loneliness, and difficult memories. Sometimes the weight is heavy--but it doesn't take much to lift a little of it and raise someone's spirits. One person at the Complete Eye Care Center did exactly that for me this holiday season. I've gone there over the years because their prices are reasonable, they're friendly, and the location is convenient. Glasses are expensive. I wear mine as long as I possibly can and try to repair them whenever I can because replacing them isn't always affordable. I also want glasses that fit my face and make me feel good--after all, they're one of the first things people notice. That can be a difficult balance, especially since the frames and the lenses with bells and whistles that really work, tend to cost more. Still, I kept coming back for all the right reasons. Now I'll go there forever--because of one simple act of kindness. On Christmas Eve, the nose piece on one side of my glasses broke. I was out running errands and not feeling great. A few recent accidents have made it hard to walk, hard to breathe, and honestly, life had become a bit of a struggle to hobble through. I managed to get there just before closing and asked if they could fix the nose piece. I knew if I didn't get it done then, I'd be waiting a week or more for places to reopen. I couldn't make it far inside, so I sat down. A young woman offered to help get them fixed. Then a man who had been sitting off to the side stood up and said, "I'll take care of that." Less than five minutes later, both nose pieces looked and felt brand new. He even buffed my dirty glasses so thoroughly that it felt like I had a new prescription--I could see clearly again. I reached into my pocket to pay, and he said, "No problem, this one's on me." I could have paid. He knew that. He was simply helping someone he sensed might be having a hard time. He didn't know anything about me, though my physical struggles were probably obvious. He just said, "Happy holidays," and went back behind the counter. Looking back on this holiday season, I can't say I encountered many people who truly understood--or acted on--the gift of kindness. He did. It was small. But it was big to me. I'll continue to pay it forward and you've earned a customer for life.

True to their 1 hour service sign! I was told my glasses might take a bit longer to make because I added the anti-glare, transition, but mostly due to my high prescription. I left the store around 10:30am and less than an hour later I already have my new glasses in hand! Apparently it was this fast too because I paid out of pocket.

It's hard to believe you are in the middle of West Los Angeles. Not that they don't have a fancy pair of glasses here that you can spend a lot of money on. But if you are like me and just want to get some specs over the eyeballs that are accurate to your prescription, this 1-hour lens place is exceptional value. I just can't keep track of my glasses so I have purchased dozens of pairs ears over the years. I usually come in after work one day and they text me by noon the next that all of them are ready. Again. I stick close to the bargain rack because I cannot have nice things. There's a whole other part of the store that I think is the latest fashions with all the accessories and add-ons straight up good value without having to hassle with the big box, retail store or mail order.

Amazing service! I worked with Elise to get 1 of my spare frames adjusted and she pulled out all the stops, including checking the fit of the frames multiple times on my face. She also helped me with the frames I had on my face, pointing out and fixing some issues that I hadn't even noticed. I left the store with 2 well-fitting frames and more knowledge about how to best care for them. I also worked with Elise to look for some glasses to help during activities, she was extremely thorough and honest about benefits of certain frames, what would work with my prescription/face, and cost. The 40+ years of experience were obvious to see! Highly recommend you come here, I could not have been more happy with the service I received!

Been buying glasses for nearly half a century and I've never had worse glasses, been ripped off more, or had an overall regrettable experience... ending up with glasses that had zero function - for no other reason than extreme incompetence or care to resolve the situations with any sense of need. Getting ripped off on frames is one thing, but having lenses that you could not see out of within a week due to the coatings flaking off... twice... is a mystery but none-the-less the truth.
