John was the sweetest and helped me so quickly and efficiently with my emergency contact lenses situation. He's personable, understanding and really cares about people. Treat people kindly and they'll treat you kindly!

They have extremely overpriced lenses and only give you a discount on name brand frames if you buy the lenses. These people are scammers. They give you one price and when you get to the register they just start adding extra charges! This forces everyone to leave with a 300+ bill.

This place is on point! Got my exam done and glasses same day within an hour! Staff is all pretty chill and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here.

I will not be coming back to Complete Eye Care Center. I spent over $350 for a pair of progressive glasses with scratch resistant, glare resistant and transitional features. Only received glare and transitional without the scratch resistance. Started to see scratches on my lenses. When I checked the receipt, it did not show what was added to the lenses. Just a plain receipt. I trusted they gave me what I paid for. When I called them to ask them about my order. They acted like they were going to look into it. Never got a call or email back from them. Buyers beware. I would recommend trying another optometrist to purchase your eye glasses. I'm definitely am

They had a great selection, calm friendly environment. Staff was awesome and I also received my glasses the same day. They also give you the options of tint in your lens. I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent visit today, April 23, 2025, to your Crenshaw location (90016). This was my second time at this office, and both times the customer service and care have been truly outstanding! I really appreciate how attentive everyone is, and I was impressed that there were no long wait times. During this visit, you were able to quickly address my needs, from replacing a lens to tightening the arms of my glasses, which had become loose from frequent wear and, admittedly, from trying them on with different head sizes. It was wonderful that all my concerns were taken care of in less than 20 minutes - truly impeccable service! Thank you so much, Complete Eye Care!
