Great experience! The front desk and staff are so kind and organized. Dr. Kim is also so gentle and courteous. Great energy and really prioritizes the well being of the patient as a whole!
Is it a fancy aesthetic office? No. It's just normal. But the generosity amongst staff makes up for that. Highly recommend : )

I had an unpleasant experience as a first-time patient. After completing my pre-check-in form, I waited a few minutes to be called in. When my scheduled appointment time had passed, I approached the receptionist with dyed blonde hair, in her mid-30s, and Hispanic to inquire about the delay. She asked me to wait, so I returned to my seat. A short time later, she called me back to inform me that I would need to reschedule. When I asked for an explanation, she told me it was because I had not completed the online check-in form within 15 minutes.
I was dumbfounded, as I had arrived thirty minutes early and completed the form accordingly. I have never heard of a hospital that would not let you see them because you did not fill out the form within 15 minutes. Additionally, her tone during our interactions came across as rude and condescending. Based on this experience, I do not feel welcomed returning to this clinic. I would encourage others to consider alternative clinics, particularly if they are not Hispanic or Latino, as I felt racially discriminated against.

This place is a joke. Gave me an appointment for 9:15am this morning. Woman at the front with glasses and red hair didn't even know what I was talking about when I said I had an appointment. She asked if I was there for the dentist. I told her no and why I was there. Then she told me she had me checked in and to sit down. 10:30 rolls around and still haven't been called in. Everyone who came in after me was called in. I got up and told her I was leaving and would just go somewhere else. Then she asked me what I was there for. I just walked out. It's a joke. They have absolutely no idea what theure doing. Safe yourself the aggravation and make an appointment ANYWHERE else!
