Dr. Kimura and his team are super fantastic. The service is beyond great, the staff are phenomenal, and the office is super clean. I have been in the medical field all my life and know good care. Dr. Kimura performed a super thorough exam and explained everything in fine detail. Crystal was super professional when I first called to set up my appt, so I could already tell I was in good hands. Lastly, Jacky helped me on the day of my appt. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and super professional. I love my new eye doc and his team. Dr. Kimura is an amazing doctor, for so many years others got my prescription wrong. But Dr. Kimura really wanted to make sure he got it right so he did spend A LOT of time with me and he also helped me understand what has been happening with why my vision isn't so great. Also, the staff is great and it's really nice to hear he treats his employees very well (doesn't make them feel like they are only workers). Even though my insurance wouldn't cover I want to still continue to give this office business because his office is so great.

I have been going to Dr Kimura for a few years now, even after I moved I travel longer to see him. He always takes extra time to address my concerns and questions when I message the office, and the front desk are very nice. Thank you!

What a great experience! I moved to LA from San Diego and needed to find a professional and friendly optometrist. Dr. Kimura takes the time to make sure that the patient understands the process of his exam. I had the old RK surgery done to my eyes a long time ago and he was able to fit my contacts the first time! Sending my wife next!

I am severely myopic plus have cataracts, and have had not the best experiences with Optometrics as a result -- that is, until now. Dr. Kimura was both candid and professional, and absolutely changed my mind about optometrists and their ability to work with people with challenging situations such as myself. He talked me through the pros/cons of surgery and other options, plus was open about what to expect as a result. He also referred me to several specialists and was very encouraging about the prognosis. I was very impressed and would gladly refer him.

Dr. Kimura is such a professional Doctor. He took the time to explain to me all my issues w/my eyes. Very Helpful and always there to give you a hand if you need it. I had never experience a customer service like this and I had Kaiser before and I didn't get that kind of treatment ever. He treats you like family, his office is very warm and cozy Family like. The only thing is the traffic on Wilshire, OMG hope they fix that soon. Thank you Dr. Kimura

My experience at Isight has been great. the staff is really nice and dr kimura is super knowledgeable, and extra accommodating when it comes to providing alternative options (for example, if you don't like a certain contacts brand or have a specific type of eye issue - he is good at problem solving) the only downside is that theres no parking validation so you have to street park

Excellent customer service! Dr. Kimura genuinely cares about his patients. He proactively calls to see how I'm doing and how my glasses are performing. Very nice guy!
