Amazing experience with Dr. C. She was a referral from a friend and it could not have been a better recommendation! The office staff was so friendly, they ran on time for my appointment, and Dr. C herself was 10/10. She was super thorough with the exam and provided great recommendations, she did not rush me at all and answered all of my questions. It's clear she absolutely loves what she does and truly cares about her clients.

Truly the best optometrist and staff on the Westside. I've been coming here for 12 years and have been continually impressed with the practice and everyone who works here. Dr. C herself is wonderful. Letty has been incredible spending hours helping me sort out an insurance issue with a prescription for my dry eye. Mey is a talented optician who helped me pick out the best looking and most well fitting glasses I have ever owned. Karen at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming. Honestly just a fabulous practice all around! Can't recommend them enough.

I've always been happy with Dr. C's care but due to availability I decided to see her associate for my appointment this time and thus, had my annual eye exam with Dr Quan this year. The exam was excellent. The routine tests were done efficiently with the technician explaining each procedure. Dr Quan educated me about my recent eye condition (related to excessive dryness) and steps I can take to improve this situation. I'm grateful for this new intervention. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. C and Dr. Quan.

My partner referred me to this optometrist, specifically to see Dr. Qian. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helped explain the recent eye issues I've been having (beyond simply saying it was an allergy issue). All the staff were polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Reoally good and pleasant place to check your eyes. I was received by Pat who started the measurements and then it came Dr C, as I call Dr Lynette, who continue checking and decided the best treatment options. I do really recomend this place. Besides, they have the most wonderful frames for glasses.

I've been going to Dr. C for almost 2 decades now. I've moved in and out of LA multiple times during those years, and have always returned to seeing Dr C as my optometrist of choice as soon an I was back in LA. She listens carefully when you have worries and gives great advice and solutions to help keep your eyes healthy. The office staff service is also fantastic and they do a great job with helping you choose frames and getting your glasses properly fitted. The one time I had an issue with a fitting they quickly resolved it at no cost to me. I recommend anyone looking for an optometrist see Dr C or any of the other optometrist's they have on staff, you won't regret it.

We have been patients of Dr. C's for probably 30 years and would not see anyone else. She is not only very professional and thorough, personally she is a jewel. Her staff is welcoming, kind and competent. You will not be disappointed if you engage her services!
