Dr. Liang was great to see. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made the whole eye exam feel easy and comfortable. I never felt rushed and she took the time to answer all my questions. The staff was also friendly and the visit was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a knowledgeable and personable optometrist!

Dr. Liang was AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend friends here. She was super kind and attentive, and definitely made me feel reassured that I was getting the right prescription. I love the kind of trust she exudes! The appointment was quick, and everyone there was helpful.

I had a great experience at Dr. Wong's office. The staff were all very friendly and I was seen immediately for my appointment. My doctor gave me a lot of advice on how to better care for my dry eyes, which I greatly appreciated as no other doctor has alerted me of the issue or how to properly care for it. I plan to come back for all my future eye exams.

They were able to fit me in today without an appointment and I was so happy. They helped me find frames that are covered entirely by my insurance and made the process for everything so easy. Dr. Wong and her staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. My concerns for my eyesight were heard and I always feel taken care of when I go in for my annual eye checkup and lenses update.

I made an appointment for an eye exam and they were able to get me in quickly no problem! I was very happy to find an optometrist on walking distance! Everyone was very friendly and attentive, and all the technicians were very accommodating in explaining everything. I was seen by Dr. Liang who had such a great and friendly energy! I also walked away with a pair of glasses (high quality and thankfully covered by my insurance), they had a nice selection and I was very happy with the pair I walked away with as I have a large head and typically have trouble finding frames that look nice. One small thing, and perhaps this is why I needed new glasses, but I couldn't find the stairwell easily... Both stairwells are behind unlocked closed doors which I assumed were back entrances to stores, but they were to the stairwell. The more you know!

Had a seamless experience here. The staff were very friendly and thorough and they had a great selection of frames. Unfortunately my contacts got lost (not their fault!) and they happily replaced the order with expedited shipping at no extra cost.

Never been a fan from the get-go. It has the vibes of overcharging and wanting to make a profit over patient care and service. After being a patient there for several years, my vibes concluded to be true. I have been charged for things I didn't know about in advance, and that their contact lens exam is ridiculously overpriced. The reason I didn't give them a one or two-star rating is because they did two things right: 1) I lost a pair of trial contact lens and they actually charged me a decent price for the replacement, and 2) I cancelled less than 24 hours because I caught covid and thankfully, the last minute cancellation fee was waiver. I was super grateful for that as covid was out of my control and financially, I'm not doing well this year. Then when I called to re-book my missed appointment (when I was feeling better), I was not happy with the service I got. I was told that if I missed the next appointment for any reason whatsoever, I would be charged $40 because of two cancellations. I knew about the time I cancelled for covid, but where is the second one coming from? To my surprise, I was flagged in their system because of a cancellation from 2023!! Mind you, that was two years ago AND it wasn't a last minute cancellation. But STILL, I was considered a red flag and if I cancelled again, the optometrist will not want to see me because I will have taken up a slot that could have otherwise been used for another patient. Gosh, this doesn't seem reasonable at all!! I would understand if I had another last minute cancellation within 2025 or EVEN within the past few months that they would have to take such harsh approaches and enforce such a policy. But a valid cancellation from two years ago was counted that towards a "red flag". It's a message that says their time and money is more important than their patients, and we are just numbers and frankly, disposable. So at the end of the day, there are plenty other options in terms of optometrists, and this one isn't going to be mine anymore.

Dr. Wong's team was able to sneak me in at the last minute before the holidays after my eye was accidentally scratched by my child which led to an ER visit. I needed to do a follow up and they were so kind to me from booking the appointment to my arrival as well as my exam by Dr. Jenilee Liang who was ray a sunshine. 10/10. Would recommend.
