Dr. Jing Wang

Dr. Wang is one of the best eye doctor to treat any eye diseases. I highly recommend the Eye institute. The Best Eye Care in America.

I came in and on a short notice with some pressure and pain to my left eye and Dr. Jing Wang diagnosed the problem right anway and treated me on the spot. Thank you so much for making me feel better.

Although it was a short staff day and the wait was much longer than normal, once you were called, the service was very friendly, very detailed in their evaluation of my issue and apologetic several times for the wait.

My mom and I seen Dr.Wang, she is very professional, very awesome eye doctor. She listened to her patients and that's the most important thing. She is very efficient and she will have the time explained to you very well what's going on. My mother like her so much. And we recommend this doctor 100%.

Her practice wasted my time, TWICE. The first time I saw Dr Wang, she was great. Listened to me, examined me, gave me advice. I felt happy with her care and made a return appointment. The second time I came in, I was tested by her assistants and then when it was time for her to exam me, she came in the room and said: "Your tests look the same so I don't need to exam you" Then she walked back out without ever even looking into my eyes. I felt very disappointed with this, but still decided to make another return visit for 6 months. Third time I came back for my scheduled visit, and when I checked in, her office staff told me that they previously called me to reschedule my appointment. I said I never received the call. She even proceeded to tell me the exact day that she called me and I was able to open my call history and show her there was no call from here on that day or any day near that day, nor was there a voicemail. They never called and left a message with me. Doctors are not the only people who are busy. I set time out of my day 2 times to not be examined or seen or told about a rescheduled appointment. I would not waste my time driving over and dealing with morning traffic and parking if I had been properly notified about the appointment change. I cancelled altogether and have happily moved on to a new ophthalmologist since my time is just as valuable hers. 5 stars for the first visit. 2 stars for the second visit 0 stars for the third visit.

I love going there everyone is nice and helpful and they treat patients very good

I had appointment with Dr Jung Wang today, such a pleasant Doctor,she makes herself very clear,a kind person and very caring. We need more Doctors like her.

She's very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Wang takes the time to spend with you and explains to you what is going on with your eyes.
