Dr. Varma is terrific and has given me excellent care. One on-going problem that I have tried and tried to remedy, however, is when I order a refill on one of my eyedrops, the office staff refills all of the drops (4 different drops). I have requested this to be fixed countless times. Two days ago I had an appointment and asked to refill my Rocklatan drops. I specifically said to the nurse that I only wanted the Rocklatan filled, none of the others. I have many bottles of combigen and many bottles of aszopt. She said that she would be sure to only order the Rocklatan. I just got notification from CVS Caremark that they are refilling ALL of them, Not only am I overflowing with these drops, I still have to pay the copay on them!!! FIX THIS ISSUES!!!

Everyone in the entire office was so kind and very nice..im a scared type of person and they took time to explain everything as and before my treatment..dr.Rohit Varma was awesome and definitely a great specialist.he took time and made me feel at ease.the procedure was scary to me and they knew I was affraid.and patiently walked me through it.i want to thank the doctor and the staff for helping me get through it all.if anyone ever is faced with glaucoma.dr.varma is the doctor to see.
