Johnny has the best glasses! Always has cool styles you can't find other places. Been going here for years and he always gives me a great deal. Plus they can custom tint lenses which is cool.

Johnny just gave me the best eyeglass shopping experience I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid. I've been on the hunt for something different and he has such a beautiful collection of vintage and modern frames. He also gave me a lot of insight into each of them as I tried them on. So happy with my experience and super excited to get my new pair

Truly a great experience. Not only is it a beautiful location with the best taste in frames but Johnny is such gem. He greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. I never write reviews but this was such an important purchase for me being my first pair of glasses so I feel it's necessary. I did plenty of research regarding retailers and frames for several weeks and drove all around town. To sum it up the selections everywhere were either too generic or over the top and the service was trying at some vendors as well. After meeting Johnny and looking around I knew this establishment had taste for eyewear beyond anything I'd seen so far. Just glad I didn't settle or give up the search until I found Durant. It was worth it..

This place is beautiful. Bought a pair of Eyevan glasses that I am obsessed with and Johnny is THE best. Seriously, you won't regret purchasing glasses from a place like this that's so well curated and has incredible customer service. **5 years later, I moved out of LA and when I had problems with my glasses Johnny had me ship them to him to fix. Truly the best customer service that I will forever go out of my way to purchase from again in the future

An absolute gem after being the 3rd higher-end eyewear shop I walked into that day. Johnny was immediately friendly which I didn't expect after visiting allllll the shops in that area. I unexpectedly ended up purchasing the coolest frames I've ever owned and am super pumped to receive them - he's shipping to my address in AZ when he's in LA which I also really appreciate. The best. DEFINITELY recommend visiting once you're in need, in the area or online!

Beautiful frames, wonderful service. I brought my dad in and he was thrilled with the selection of frames and the quality of the lenses (and he is VERY picky about lenses, given that he is a photographer). Johnny offered thoughtful advice and careful assistance to us. I would recommend highly for anyone interested in a personalized shopping experience and good old-fashioned customer service.

I had been on the hunt for new optical frames, and luckily stumbled into this boutique. The selection is highly curated with excellent brands, and classic, stylish frames. I would truly wear every pair they carry. Johnny, the owner, was incredible in helping me find an amazing pair of frames that I feel great in. He was even able to add my Rx to my existing pair of sunglasses. I have to say, I've been to multiple stores in the area, and this was far and away the best in terms of selection AND customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough! So nice to find something stylish and unique. I will be definitely be back for my next pair of frames & sunglasses!

Johnny has curated an incredible selection of unique and wearable frames. Everything at Durant Sessions is high quality and fashionable. I couldn't make up my mind deciding between four different pairs of glasses, as every time I put something down, another style would catch my eye! Johnny was incredibly patient and helpful as I made my final selection. I didn't feel rushed at all. He is incredibly gracious and made getting new glasses exciting and fun.
