I went on a Sunday and they told me the doc only comes in on Tuesdays. I had to leave for LA so they quickly prescribed me with an unofficial prescription and I bought new glasses with the said prescription. They told me to come back if anything went wrong. The prescriptions on my glasses made my head hurt so I went back. Then they proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong. I told them I wanted to have an appointment with the doc. The doc told me my actual prescriptions, which was lower than their unofficial (illegal) one, and changed it. However, after they made my glasses, they told me they LOWERED it without even consulting with me. And now I cannot drive at night with my glasses on. And I told them I wanted to return my contact lens with the unofficial and illegal prescription to which he responded those r the right ones. Clearly not because my actual prescription was -5 and the one that they gave me was -5.25. Totally unprofessional, and cutting corners and lots of gaslighting.

Very rude they were telling me I had return lenses with them never did. Last year order a glasses with them and they took my order over the phone but now they said they never take order over the phone. I tried to explain that was not me but the guy was very rude. This place was good now it seems like a scam stay away from it

Love this place have been going here for years always friendly and professional and the best prices love the fact that most of the time you're able to get your glasses within an hour I recomond this place for all you glasses needs

I was traveling to LA for a day and realized I forgot my contacts and glasses, Europe Optical was super kind to give me a pair of contacts samples for free! Now I can see and function for the rest of the day!

I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and the staff inside were so sweet and helped me out. I'm gonna buy some of their wares next paycheck:) awesome people:)

I love this place. The staff is great. Excellent customer service. They mostly have the high end brand but they also have a lot of specials.

awesome place! everyone is super helpful and they go above and beyond. really affordable, fast, friendly, and accessible. definitely coming here for anything glasses-related and telling everyone i know to come here too
