Amazing service - I appreciated how well they listened and responded to me, from the eye examination, to the glasses fitting, to the glasses choosing. Also, everyone here was super easy to talk to.
High Quality and Stylish Glasses - This place has amazing collection of glasses, especially the variety of Japanese brands and styles. These glasses options looks great on a face like mine (on the flat side), and gave me a bunch of round circular styles that I preferred.
As a DTLA resident who has tried different multiple eye doctors around DTLA, I can't believe I didn't come across this place sooner. A+++ experience.

I absolutely love Eye Geeks! It's the only place I'll go for my eye check-ups. Dr. Diep and her team are fantastic! She takes her time to explain everything and is super patient, making the whole process easy. The chill vibe and friendly atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. Plus, they carry amazing brands--Barton Perreira is my all-time favorite! I can't recommend Dr. Diep and her staff enough!

The gentleman that helped my wife at Eye Geeks exceeded our expectations in customer service to make sure we were satisfied with the pair of glasses she found. After returning to try on the first pair of glasses, she found that the lens had too much distortion. So without any hesitation, he offered to provide another set of frames and order special lenses that have less distortion, without any additional charge. Since my wife is staying in LA with her parents, and doesn't have ready access to a car until I come into town, he offered to mail the new frames and lenses to her for no additional cost. Thank you sir, you have been an unexpected blessing to us!

UPDATE: Cannot believe it's been 6 years since I wrote this review. The glasses I got (Moskot and a brand made in Venice Beach) are still in perfect condition, and people still admire them all the time. I live in San Diego now and still come up here for my eye appointments, and they ship my contacts to me. Dr. Irene and Lobsang are fantastic for ensuring you're seeing as well as possible, as stylishly as possible! Also super happy about patronizing a locally owned business instead of a private equity-owned vampire squid.

Dr. Diep and Lobsang are a first class act. I've been a patient for several rounds of glasses and contacts and they are both so thoughtful and a well oiled machine in doing the best possible to compensate for my aging eyes haha. They also introduced me to Moscot frames that get me compliments everywhere I go. Super grateful for Eye Geeks. Highly recommend.
