Eye Opener

The owner is so kind and attentive. The first time I came he was very patient as I tried on all the frames in the shop and didn't buy anything. The pair I liked was out of my budget, but he offered to custom make a less expensive pair to match the shape of the ones that suited my face best. I've always found it so hard to shop for glasses and never find styles that really suit me, but 5 minutes in here and I've found 10 pairs I would buy in a heartbeat. They have a special assortment unlike any other shop I've visited. 2 years later he fixed 4 pairs of glasses in no time at all. I had taken them to several shops in London, including Harrods, and nobody would mend them for me. 10/10 would recommend, I would drive across town to come here and will bring my family when they visit from Europe.

Overall great experience, my interaction with the staff was outstanding, and they delivered my glasses quickly and exactly the way I had hoped they would be. (not that one would expect anything less from a company filling prescriptions but...) Downside, they tend to take time to finish dealing with each customer, and those not being served yet may need a bit of patience until they are ready to give you undivided attention. Highly recommended.

Great frames and lenses. Owner and staff are patient and incredibly knowledgeable. They will give you their undivided attention... and every other customer too. Its a small place and there is usually no wait time.

This is the only optician I will go to in Los Angeles. Azaria identified incorrect (read cheaper) lenses that another optician installed in my glasses. He also recommended the absolute best progressive lenses that I have ever experienced. A rare find.
