Dr. Jacobs and staff are great. I was having an issue with my eye so I called and received the help I needed. Dr. Jacobs is very patient and empathetic. Unlike other doctors I've seen who just want to see you in and out quickly, Dr. Jacobs takes the time to explain and provide the best care possible. Highly recommend.

Dr.Jacobs and his assistants are amazing, I've been going there for 3+ years and he remembers me each year. Very personable and always makes sure one is comfotable with their sight. The ladies in the office are also very helpful and even help out in choosing the right glasses for you. Love the office and the staff!

UPDATE !! Due to the mislead business reply to my review/concerns. I decided to upload the proof that shows I had a valid appointment. Lying publicly is bad, but not a surprise after my experience. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I had a very poor experience due to repeated communication and customer service failures. I booked an appointment one week in advance and confirmed multiple reminder messages. The day before my appointment, I replied "reschedule" because I was unsure whether I would arrive exactly on time. I did not receive any response confirming that my appointment had been cancelled or rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, Google Maps showed the business as closed on December 31. I still went in person because I believed I had a valid appointment. I arrived five minutes early and was then informed that my appointment had already been cancelled. I subsequently learned that I was sent a link to reschedule only ten minutes before my original appointment time, with the expectation that I would see and act on a last-minute SMS. As a result, I lost time and money traveling to an appointment that had been cancelled without adequate notice, compounded by inaccurate public business hours. When I raised these concerns, the receptionist was dismissive and did not acknowledge the communication breakdown. I was told, "I can still ask the doctor if he wants to see you today," which implied discretion rather than responsibility and did not reflect appropriate patient care or customer service standards. I understand that misunderstandings occur. However, the lack of clear communication, accountability, and professionalism made this an unacceptable experience. I will not be returning.

This is what you call professionalism and not just about earning money. The doctor conducted all the possible steps and left no stones unturned to ensure accurate and unbiased assessment. I would like to specifically mention FG and KP, who've been exceptionally professional and very astute of their expertise. These two amazing ladies will not only advise you of the right way of taking care of your glasses, more so, how to make it last and stay in pristine condition. Simply the Best.

I highly recommend this place. The service is wonderful! Karen and Flor have been so helpful and Dr. Jacob's is very knowledgeable and kind. The office is so pretty and they have a great selection of glasses. Go here ;)

From the reception by Flor to the optometrists exam. Very nice and professional experience. Nice selection of frames at a wonderful discount! I couldn't refuse a new pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

I am super thankful that I stopped in here. I am from out of town and was in the area on vacation, woke up with blurred vision in one eye and I was super worried. Called and Eye See was able to squeeze me in same day on a Saturday. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, with a diagnosis and prescription already sent to the pharmacy. Eye was better within a few hours of taking medication.

Very informative, straightforward, no heavy upselling, pleasant experience from the doctor and the staff. Highly recommended.
