Eye.Q. Optometry

We've been with EyeQ optometry clinic for over a decade, and our experience has always been excellent. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They take the time to assist you in finding the perfect eyeglasses that truly suit your needs. Dr. Terian went above and beyond what was required. She provided clear, valuable information that we truly needed to hear and even followed up with a detailed medical report for my husband's eye specialist. That level of care and attention really means a lot. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding service.

Overall the best optometry location out there. Never have had a bad experience for the several times I've been there. From the Check in process to the exams to the checkout process. The optometrists are knowledgeable and informative. They take their time to check everything and inform you with every little step which is helpful. They even pause and ask if you have any question with every step before moving forward. This helps to make sure you don't miss anything and understand everything that is said (some places just say things and you just don't know what is happening). They ask genuinely care, they don't want to over proscribe when it's not needed or even under proscribe to prevent issues or more harm. It's also great that you can stay in communication over text (or call when needed). This helps stay in communication with the office when you have a hectic schedule. They keep up with the modern times. Overall, fantastic. If you need an optometrist, this is the place to go too!

This was my first time visiting Eye Q, it was at the recommendation of The Wife. It was incredibly positive, everything was clearly explained as we were going through it, everyone was friendly and their space is bright and welcoming. The examination was comprehensive & efficient and all my questions were answered. I am very happy with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Eye Q!

I happened to be in the area and wanted to replace my sunglasses because they broke during my trip. I don't normally wear glasses so I was looking for non-prescription ones. Since I don't see the optometrist often, I wasn't aware that I had coverage too. Eljay helped me find some sunglasses, and apparently I had an allowance and discount because of my insurance. I used to work for an optometrist myself so I was asking a lot of questions since I'm a curious person. He was very knowledgeable about different treatments they offered and different glasses features. The office is also very spacious and modern-looking. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go here. And if I'm in the area again with broken glasses, I'll probably be back :)

Went here on Tuesday to my eyes examed, the wait only took about 4 minutes after checking in. They where very professional and made me very comfortable from start to finish. After everything was completed I believe her name was Rachel helped with the selection of glasses and she was very nice as well. They even went above and beyound to answer my annoying text questions that I had after my visit . I would strongly recommend going to this facility if you want fast, pleasant, friendly care.

This place is truly a gem: kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent and diverse selection of affordable or more premium glasses and contacts options, state-of-the-art tech for checking eye health, and all around 10/10 experience :) My husband and I love this place! We've been going here for a few years now and have usually seen Dr. Huang Yin, who is fabulous. I used to always have anxiety going to the eye doctor, feeling like I would get the answers "wrong" for reading out the letters lol, and I hated the "eye puff" machine (iykyk LOL). But everyone here is so kind and welcoming from the start, and they have the latest tech to check your eye health, so it's fantastic. Today, we worked with Linda on our initial assessments and on choosing our contact lens and glasses options. Dr. Huang Yin was on vacation, so Dr. Terian and Dr. Valenzuela evaluated our eyes. They were both so knowledgeable, informative, and kind. We love how all our paperwork is available to fill out via a quick link and how check-in is easy. They have a different machine that measures eye pressure, so no scary machines blowing a puff of air into your eyes! Wahoo! Plus, they have those cool eye cameras to check your entire eye and blood vessels for any health issues. My husband had to get glasses for the first time in his life, and they made that process so smooth. And for me, someone born almost legally blind, I've been going to the eye doctor forever... but this place never causes anxiety lol. It was easy for me to explain some of the vision changes I was having and what options I had for updating my Rx for astigmatism for both my contacts and glasses. Lastly, they made sure to go over all of our insurance coverage options thoroughly at check-in, and once we got our Rx from the doctors, so there were no financial surprises. And then they helped us find the best options for contacts/glasses that were still within a decent budget for us.

When I say I love Eye. Q I mean it, they are fast very reliable and treat you like gold from the moment you walk in the door. Racheal is the definition of great she has went above and beyond for me. She helped me pick my glasses, adjusted my glasses and has already helped me solve a issue I had when I picked the wrong lenses then to top it all off she always has beautiful energy. I was researching everywhere for a local on-site lab that can cut lenses the same day. I didn't realize that these types of frame/optometry places are few & far between. Most places you have to give them your frames and wait at least a few days. That simply isn't an option when you only have 1 pair of glasses & need them most of the day. I'm so happy I found Eye Q after calling about 50 places. There were a couple others that have in house labs, but there prices were absurd for regular polycarbonate lens. So I hurried to Eye Q & show up an hour before they close. I was a lil concerned I couldn't get it done. I met with Eljay who was very polite & helpful. Gave me the price & it's hands down the best I've ever heard anywhere! So I paid & filled out my info & he said they'll text me when they're ready. I went to grab a quick bite & as I'm finishing, I get a text. Done in an unbelievable 20 minutes!!! I'm absolutely blown away with how quick & efficient this place operates! I'll certainly be sending all my friends here! Thanks a million Eljay!!!
