I love my Mykita Linda Lee O.D improved my prescription " I can see heaven and earth." For those who wrote negative reviews... I understand. Koreans have ' poker faces '. Smile from customers service is a luxury in K - Town. Unless your intention is really hurting their business , I would give em ' benefit of doubt and 2 nd chance . My exam costed $30 , I paid more at Costco . I am not sure , all reviews hold truth in voice. # Hyunsoohair Santa Monica - Malibu

This place is amazing - an incredible array of stylish frames to fit any face shape/size and budget! They're also very patient with you and so detailed oriented - they looked up my vision insurance and guided me over all the options for lenses. I also brought in a pair of glasses that required a new nose pad and they kindly replaced both with no charge. Dr. Lee is also very professional and kind. I'll be switching over to her for my annual exams from now on! Highly highly recommend.

Dr Linda is the BEST optometrist in LA - possibly the world! She spotted a dangerous condition in my eye before my ophthalmologist...twice! The shop itself stocks a huge inventory of frames from all the best designers. And the staff has a great eye for what looks good on your face so picking the perfect pair of glasses is quick & easy. Totally worth the trip to K-town. I love France vision.

Awesome place, staff is friendly they took my medical. l got a free eye exam and was able to select frames from a specific selection.. they have a good medical selection. I love my frames they did a fine job. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Linda Lee has been my go to optometrist for the past 20 years. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood of Koreatown, what keeps me returning to this family owned business from West Hollywood is that she is on time, if not earlier. She's thorough in her examination with state of the art equipment, understandable in explaining what is recommended versus what is needed, and affordable in cost without insurance. France Vision Optometry has the warmth and endearment of a mom and pop establishment which I cherish and appreciate.

Elders, Do Not go here. Especially with Medical. Very unfriendly. Unreasonable price charge press for your insurance. On the day of pickup, they told my grandparents that there is an additonal charge of 25 for each glasses that was never discussed when we placed the order. When we tried to complain about additional charges, the male employee said "do not come here if you are going to be complaining." If you care about your parents or grandparents. Do not send them here.

The customer service is great! I got an annual eye exam here and then bought my glasses online. I went back to have them adjusted and they did it for free. I initially bought my glasses here and changed mind and called them to cancel with no problems! I just had to go back and get a refund and have them charge me the difference. A great return policy instills confidence.

During the lockdown, I fell asleep while wearing my glasses and bent them pretty severely. A screw came out, the right lens was popping out, and they were just crooked in general. I was pretty miserable. After restrictions eased, I went into this place and asked if they could help me. They checked my temperature, which was okay. Then, they got to work on my glasses. Ten minutes later, my glasses were as good as new. I asked them how much I owed them. (I would have paid anything.) But they insisted that it was on the house. Wow, now that's what I call customer service. I'll definitely be going back.
