Future Eye's customer service is simply nonexistent. They offer a small variety of optical crystal glass lenses for fairly cheap but truthfully I expected more from this company's standards. Placed an order for several lenses and after two weeks had gone by I decided to check the tracking. There was no shipment update, only showing the shipping label was created, so I'm guessing someone dropped the ball and either forgot to actually ship out my order OR they had me on back order and didn't bother telling me.
Decided to reach out to them to inquire about the delay as I have purchased from them several times before without any troubles, typically with my order arriving within 5-7 days after purchase. So I inquired about my order in an understanding manner yet a week goes by without a response. I emailed them a second time and after nearly another week, I still did not get a single reply - no shipment updates either. My final and third email was the same tone as the previous yet stern mentioning that if I didn't receive an update, I was going to call my credit card to report the transaction. And guess what - still no reply even after 3 emails. Not once did anyone from Future Eyes ever communicate with me regarding my order. Someone clearly is reading emails because a few days later lo and behold my order arrived after 3 and a half weeks. Consequently I won't be a repeat customer.
I totally understand things happen but is it really that much of a hassle to be communicative with your customers? Y'all need to get your sh*t together. As a small business, being transparent and open to one's customers should be a no-brainer. There is no competition with you guys; the ones benefiting from your lack of customer service are your competitors.
SCAM!!! As you can see from other reviews you will either not receive your order or you have to go to hell and back to get it. We purchased almost a year ago. Contacted several times and never heard back until we threatened to dispute. They said they could send a replacement order but I'd have to pay $8 shipping for that. Ridiculous!! I've stated I just want my money back at this point and never received an email back. Do not purchase from this company.
Editing my review because I never actually received the rest of my shipment as promised in the below mentioned "resolution" with customer service; product is still awesome but disappointed overall with my experience. Leaving the original below as your mileage may vary.

I LOVE my crystal lenses, so many cool in-camera effects and fun creative possibilities. I've placed two orders (so far), and it did take a while to hear back after a miscommunication with order #2, but when customer service did get in touch they were extremely helpful and friendly, and resolved the issue quickly. Sounds like there are some limitations with their eCommerce site, an influx of orders following some promotions; if there was a delay or mix-up on your shipment, try and remember how chaotic things can get for all of us these days; practice patience and understanding while you await your fantastic new tools :) Seems like they're really trying to elevate artists and encourage creativity for all, so bear with them on logistical challenges.
I'm excited to keep exploring the possibilities with Future Eyes lenses, and will continue recommending this company to my friends and community! I hope my experience can help you make a decision about supporting this cool creative team <3
I placed an order for a monocle and a camera lens crystal in November last year, and while I received an order confirmation-- and money was taken from my account-- I heard nothing for well over a month, nearly two.
When I did, it was a single email on January 19th from the company founder, Brent Pearson, who was asking me if I'd "received confirmation or if it still needed to be sent"; I replied to let him know that not only had my order not been sent, and that I hadn't heard anything regarding it until his email.
Unfortunately, Brent never did reply, however it was around that time that I noticed that I was blocked from leaving comments on Future Eyes Instagram page ( even though I had yet to leave a comment at all regarding my order, unlike many other upset customers ).
Finally, a few weeks ago on Feb 9th ( and please bear in mind that this entire time, Future Eyes have been sending me promotional emails regarding purchasing MORE of their products ) I received an email stating that PART of my order had been shipped. Only half of it. The other item was still being manufactured, presumably, to fulfill demand-- five days later on the 15th of February I received a reply thanking me for my patience with the order and that, yes, they were apparently working hard to send out the other lens I had ordered and it should be posted in another week or so and to keep an eye on my order on the site.
I did not receive any further updates. What I did receive today, the 26th of February, is the first half of my order. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that they hadn't even gotten the first part of my order correct, sending a different item altogether. Customs label on the box says it's what I ordered, but the contents are completely wrong.
By this point I am actually at a loss as to what to do with this poorly run, sorry excuse for a business. Zero communication, censorship, a complete inability to fulfill orders correctly and in a timely fashion... I don't believe that I'll ever get what I ordered. At this point, I'll be calling my bank to initiate a chargeback. In no way, shape, or form could I ever recommend Future Eyes-- if you want kaleidoscope or refraction glasses, go buy from Glow FX. Their customer service is excellent.
Ordered $50 worth products on 9/22/18 and they have yet to ship them to me. Constantly told they will look into it and ship to me with a new tracking number. Never do.
It's been 7 months and I've gotten nothing.
If I could give zero I would. They sent a faulty lens, nothing like what I ordered. I sent pictures, they said they would resend , and I've heard nothing since. This was December 2020 . I ah e asked repeatedly for my money back or the correct item to be sent. They don't respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Totally rip off.
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about--- I've only had incredible experiences with their product and customer service staff.
Highly recommend them--- I LOVE my glasses and want to share them with everyone! Super durable and really well designed, much better than any cheap imported stuff I've found online.
I can't believe how poor their customer service is. Ignoring emails and texting which ever customer they wish to grace with their presence is unprofessional. I know a least a dozen people who were ripped off by this company. They texted my friend that her $18 monocle is the same price of a smoothie. Do yourself a favor and buy 3 smoothies for yourself and your friends rather than waste your time with this "business".
