Lovely store with great staff! The selection of glasses is absolutely amazing and so high quality. They have so many different styles to try on that range from timeless to modern. You're sure to find something you'll like. They're definitely worth every penny!

I've been a fan of Garrett Leight for years, but great customer service truly makes all the difference. Came in today to have two pairs of frames adjusted, and Jorge not only did an amazing job (at no additional cost!) but also helped me find a new pair of eyeglasses that fit my face shape perfectly. Huang was also so kind and patient. Thank you both!!

The vibe was honestly so uncomfortable. Isn't an eyewear store supposed to let customers try on glasses? I tried a pair on and put it back, and the staff sighed. Then when I tried another pair, he told me not to put it back because he needed to clean it. It felt really awkward. You could've just waited until I finished trying everything on before cleaning them. I was just trying to be polite by putting them back, and I still got that attitude. It made me feel so pressured that I didn't dare touch anything else and just left. No matter how nice the glasses are, what's the point if the experience is so bad? I'd rather just get a pair in Japan.

The store manager at this location (I forgot his name) does a great job at making you feel welcome, and delivers a true 1:1 experience. The frames and lenses themselves are high quality and well worth the premium. They even offer a 2 year lens warranty.

Stopped in today to ask a question about my sunglasses and what it would cost to fix them. (The ear arms didn't fit me properly & they were very loose). George instantly took them to the back and worked his magic. He completely re-shaped the arms to fit my ears specifically, as well as tightening them up. I can't stress how much better they feel. I already loved these sunglasses, but it's an even greater appreciation now. "Come back anytime you need something adjusted or have a question". A brand that produces extremely high quality frames / lenses and equally values customer satisfaction - even if that is years down the line. Feels good to be taken care of when you choose to spend your money with a company. (They aren't cheap, but you certainly get your moneys worth). My sunglasses brand loyalty surely now lays with Leight, I had no idea the company operated this way. Thank you, George!
