Gogosha Optique is one of the best places to get your eyewear! The selection is so chic and so much range - they only carry independent designers and they also carry some really special frames that are even made here in LA! I love how they are always showcasing independent designers and artisans. Being fitted for a pair of glasses by the incredibly stylish Julia is such a magical experience. She is very attentive, has the ability to pull frames that fit your face AND your style. For those unfamiliar with bespoke experiences like this so this sounds a bit scary, rest assured you're never pressured to make a purchase and you are given the space and time to make your decisions! For frame adjustments, I've worked with Jonathen & Mimi - they are so fantastic and so detail oriented!

Long overdue review. I had a fantastic experience with them from start to finish. They really take their time helping you find the perfect pair of frames. Unlike other places that just stand by and wait for you to select frames, they ask you for your preferences and then they curate a selection of frames that fit your face shape along with your personal preferences. Everyone I've interacted with is super nice and I can't recommend Jonathen enough! Beyond that, they really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of after you purchase with them too. You get a bottle of cleaner that they'll refill for you, and you can come in anytime to get your frames adjusted. I got a metal pair of frames that's been giving me some trouble and every time I go in for adjustments they really take their time with me and make sure I leave satisfied. Seriously a fantastic establishment, shop here and support local small businesses!!

Gogosha is the place to find frames that actually fit your face and your personality. Abby helped me over the phone and assured me I'd find the right pair--and she was right. Jonathen gave amazing, detailed attention and honest feedback (which I really appreciated). I tried on so many styles I loved, and never felt rushed. When I picked up my glasses, Mimi made sure the final fit was perfect. The whole team--Abby, Jonathen, Mimi, and Julia--are warm, fun, and just get it. No buyer's remorse here! If you want something unique and high-quality, this is the spot.

Can't speak highly enough about Gogosha Optique. I won a gift certificate to Gogosha from the Neighborhood Nursery School silent auction (how nice that Gogosha supports local non-profits!) and went in to get glasses a few weeks ago. The customer service was off the charts, a totally bespoke experience: after chatting with me, the associate pulled lots of different options for me to try on while I sat in front of a mirror making decisions. I ended up selecting an extremely cool AND comfortable pair that I never would have picked out for myself but I love! The associate also had deep knowledge of how they were fabricated and recommendations for keeping them clean. After ordering them, it took less than 2 weeks for the glasses to arrive. So thrilled with my purchase, and my entire experience at Gogosha. Can't wait to get more glasses there!

an experience, indeed... from the moment i walked through the sliding gates of Gogosha Optique i knew i was in the right place. the place seduces style. without a doubt, the frames that belong on my face exists within these walls. i am the holy grail of pain in the butt clients. one who is flying in and out on a rushed and unpredictable schedule. looking for those perfect frames. really particular about maintaining as much of the full range of my dwindling vision as possible. i need it for my work. the staff never once made me feel like i was imposing. instead, they were kind, patient, accomdating and dedicated to my happiness and satisfaction. from the owner to the entire staff, they are good people. honest and lovely from core to shell. undoubtedly, there is no other place in the world that i would go to purchase my frames. Julia, the owner, is the queen of this domain and i was honored to have her fit me for glasses i love wearing every day. during one of my adjustments, i was lucky to walk in on a demo of some really innovative designs. it was cool to watch her work with the designer. although, i felt i was intruding with my, "Oh my goD! those are so freakin' cool!!!" she was gracious and let the child in me explore. i guarantee that you will walk away from this vibrant optique with a set of frames that will make you smile every time you wear them... if not a few. thank you, Gogosah Optique! you were a memorable part of my trip. :)

I am from Ohio and have had the best experiences with Julia, Abby and the other staff I have spoken to. I have been treated as if I am their most important client even though I am not and live far away. Their attention to detail is extraordinary. They keep in contact to make sure all of my needs are met. I had an optical practice in Dayton break the frames I got from Gogosha. When I called and spoke to Abby she took the time and care to make sure they did everything they could to get them repaired. AND not only were they repaired, they polished them and straightened them out. It was all done for a price that was completely worth it, not overpriced. Everyone is so personable. I am forever a part of their family and will be a customer for life. Thank you Thank you!!!!

Honestly one of my favorite spots to stop by just because of the fantastic guest service the staff members provide. However, this is a special shout out to Mimi since they assisted me from my first visit. They were able to provide me solutions in the moment as the specific pair I wanted were sold out with the vendor and have followed up with me to make sure I got the one I wanted. Through all the patience, care, and follow thru that Mimi provided - I'll highly be recommending this place to my family and friends!
