I had a very disappointing experience with this office and won't be returning. I brought in my own reading-glasses frames to have the lenses updated with a new prescription. During that process, the office broke my frames.
I was initially told by staff that I would receive a credit to replace the frames. Based on that information, I went out and purchased new frames. Later, the doctor backtracked and said the credit would only apply if I purchased frames from their store -- otherwise no credit would be provided -- and stated the office was not liable. This limitation was never disclosed upfront and was not provided in writing.
I attempted to resolve this calmly but ultimately had to absorb the cost and take my records elsewhere. I'm sharing this so others are aware and make sure to get all policies in writing before proceeding.

A temple broke off my glasses and I was referred to Good Eye. They're sort of hidden away up a flight of stairs maybe 100 feet south of San Vicente, but it was worth it.
Their set-up is great and Reyna Gonzales, the optician, who helped me was and no doubt remains, wonderful and gracious. My glasses were temporarily repaired (for free) and they've picked up a new and grateful customer.
