Lady from urgent care I think it would be the one that welcomes the patients is extremely rude, yelling at patients and just making patients get up for no reason, this is a hospital it should be more careful by the way they speak to people because it's so unacceptable that they're seeking for help and they're just being loud, there's people with crutches here and the way she speaks it's just so rude
