Got my SMILE eye procedure done at IQ laser. I have a tight schedule, yet they were able to fit me in. Overall, its a great experience. My eyes are on the dryer side because of many year using contact lens for prolong period of time, since the procedure, I dont feel any worsen dry eyes, if anything, actually better. Love the experience.

My experience with the people at IQ laser vision was great. They were very diligent in checking which procedure would work best for me. For my case, it actually took 2 years for me to actually be able to move forward for the surgery. This may sound odd but the reason for this is they will only move forward with the procedure if your eyes are stable. This is so they are positive that your eyes will not just worsen after the procedure. For the process of my surgery my surgeon was Dr. Erica T. Liu and I felt very comfortable with her taking extra care in explaining each step through the procedure for me. Overall I would highly recommend IQ laser vision if you are looking to improve your eye sight!

Great experience with IQ Laser Vision. From the early consultations being able to ask questions and talk through the procedure to the post-procedure follow up, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is competent and kind, very nice facilities, and they were very calming as I am one to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to something as simple as putting drops in my eyes. I really appreciate their patience and all of the time they spent. Cannot recommend enough.

It's been 5 days since my Smile Lasik procedure with IQ and I'm super happy and excited about my results! The staff and surgeon were all very friendly and helpful. Made me feel relaxed and informed about every step along the way. Even during the surgery, I got a little nervous but the doctor calmed me down and I was grateful for the stress ball they gave me to squeeze on during that brief moment of nervousness. But the procedure was quick and painless really. So worth being able to see almost perfectly even within a day or two - doc says I'm at 80% seeing potential and will reach full sharpness and clarity within 2-3 months, but I am already amazed at life without needing glasses. Thanks everyone!!

All the staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating. Dr Lin was patient and kind and very comforting during the procedure as I was very nervous at first. I'm on day 5 and so far so good! Vision seems to be getting clearer daily and I'm excited for it to be fully healed. No issues with healing but I will say I would suggest taking 2 days off after the procedure even though they say you can go back to work after 24 hrs. I definitely had very watery eyes and pretty strong sensitivity again for about 2 days after but that went away after that.

After 20 long years I decided it was finally time to get my eyes fixed and rid myself of glasses and contacts forever!
I can honestly say this clinic makes you jump through a few hoops to be sure that you are appropriate for the surgery, and will be truthful and tell you otherwise (not just trying to bring in another customer). I felt like they were very attentive to ensuring I did everything necessary both before and after the surgery to maximize the outcome. And now I see perfectly! Definitely recommend, best investment I've ever made

At IQ Laser Vision (City of Industry), its staffs and doctors are very thorough with my cataract removal and IOL (lenses replacement) from the exams to surgery and post-op follow ups. Dr. Patric Pham is a great doctor who operated my eyes. He answered all my questions and my concerns. I was very nervous to have the surgery at first. However, after I had few meetings online with Dr. Pham and in person, I feel he is the doctor I can trust.
I now am at 3rd week recovery, everything feel fine with my operated eyes. my vision are good so far. And I just recommended my younger daughter to have her consultation with IQ Laser Vision. She also has very good feeling about this facility.

I had the SMILE procedure done at the Rowland Heights location. They make you get an eye exam prior to the procedure to see if you are a candidate for the SMILE procedure. The exam was very thorough and long (which I actually appreciated, given that we are dealing with my eyes). Once they determine you are a candidate, you pick the date for your procedure.
On D-Day, prior to going into the procedure room, the doctor who will be performing the procedure will explain to you what to expect throughout the procedure. Doctor Pham was my doctor and he was AMAZING! He walked me through every second of the procedure which helped tremendously with my anxiety. The procedure itself only took about 15-20 minutes. They gave me some sleeping pills to take at home so that I can sleep and rest my eyes after the procedure. I had my post-procedure check the following day.
Overall, my experience with IQ laser vision was amazing. The staff from front desk, assistants, and doctors are all so helpful, professional, and approachable. I would definitely recommend this facility.
