Don't go to this shop. I was unable to communicate in korean with one korean employee. I was told that I need to comback in February to use my insurance. When I came back I was told to go to other location. He could tell me the same info when I visited for the first time. I don't want to do any business from any korean owned optical store , dentist , church , physical therapist.

Horrible post customer service. Once they take your money, they simply ignore calls and emails.

0/10 would not recommend. Please look elsewhere for glasses and/or optometry services. As also evidenced by other poor reviews on google/yelp! Please do research before coming here. Sales person on the phone is very rude and dismissive when I mixed up this location with one previously owned in the Galleria mall. I feel as though they discriminate based on whether or not you speak Korean and discriminate based on their inability to speak English. I was hung up on rudely rather than politely redirected to the correct location. Buyer beware! Will not ever frequent this location or recommend to family or friends even if they speak Korean.

I have been coming here since I was little, but I have decided not to go back anymore. I've always ordered my contacts here, but they gave me the wrong ones and then insisted that they were the ones I ordered. I usually get the 2 week contacts, but have, in the past, ordered 1 day lenses. The last time I ordered(6months ago) I ordered the 2 week lenses, and when I called to reorder they said they would order the same as the last order. So, I said that was fine. But, when I went to pick up the lenses, they gave me the 1 day lenses and when I asked them about it they said I ordered the 1 days the last time. I told them I have been using the 2 week ones for the past six months, so there must be an error in the system, but I will just take the 1 day lenses today(because I was out of lenses). And I guess that offended them and they said there was no error and that I was using 1 day lenses.. I didn't really see a reason to try to explain any further because it didn't seem like they believed me or cared to give good service. So I made my last ever purchase from them and left. I have been using contact lenses for 10+ years, and I know the difference between 2 week and 1 day lenses.

If you are looking for a glasses shop that has got a great collection you must visit Italee. I really enjoyed my visit, very helpful, very professional and took their time with me. I bought a Dolce Gabana frame and they placed my prescription. Excellent service! I highly recommend Italee.

I love this place. A friend suggested Italee to get lenses for some older frames. The people here are just wonderful; I brought several frames to them and within a week the prescription was filled. Bifocals were only $80 a pair. But the icing on the cake was the efficient, professional and elegant way I was treated. when I picked up the frames they offered me a eyeglasses case and not only were the cases very beautifully styled, but Mark Kim (one of the people who worked there) gave me a sort of atomizer/spritzer to keep which I am supposed to use to to clean the glasses. I have never gotten such great service. They are really a nice group of people and their work is excellent!! And reasonable!!!

Came in at 5pm one day for an eye exam and prescription glasses. They told me that the doctor is only present from 10am-4pm. Their door has a sign saying appointments only, but they told me appointments didn't matter and said we can just walk in any time between 10-4pm. The next day we called to ask if they were free for a walk in eye exam and glasses. They said yes please come in. When we showed up they said we would have to wait a little over an hour because the doctor is on lunch break from 1-2pm. Wish they were better at communication and customer service

Pretty unbelievable how poorly these guys conduct business. I went in to get new prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. They scratched the lens on the sunglasses and I had to wait extra for them to refit everything. As for the glasses, they didn't adjust the pad arms even when I complained of dizziness because they were too far away from my face until I went back over a week later - not out of their recommendation/suggestion (they only said "it takes a while to adjust") but because I figured myself it was what was causing the severe dizziness and nausea. I also did an eye exam with them before getting both the above glasses. Called in some time later after everything was concluded to ask what my prescription was. The guy said he didn't know what my vision was before the glasses, but now it was 1.0. Like, what? My prescription has literally never been that. Either they were too lazy to look up whatever paperwork they have under my name, or they're just in the practice of lying to people about their eyesight. Either way, if you're looking for an optometrist and a place to buy your new glasses, I'd really suggest going elsewhere.
