Dr Kim and Staffs were friendly. Yes, I had to wait few mins, but that is normal for Koreatown Korean Doctors. I rather wait and meet the Doctor who cares and listens to me. Dr. Kim explained me a lot of things. He exam my eyes for LONG TIME. Taking his time to make sure I don't have any issues related any diabetic issues, since, both my parents are diabetics. Ladies in front office and the Nurse were very nice. Most of all, you can tell, Dr. Kim has a lot of years of experience. I hope he will never retire so that I can see him every year for rest of my life time. Thanks Again.

Felt like the doctor was rushing us out of there and didn't thoroughly assess my father's condition. Ripped us up by charging $100 cash for just stating that my Dad has dried eyes.... uhmm ok. The clerks/assistants are rude.

I totally agree with Jinyoung Lee below. Recently I found out that they do double booking at the same time slot saying sometimes people do not show up. I complained to the office clerk for the delay but the response was that it was due to the system(?) sep up that way.
