The lady at the front was so helpful. She was able to let me know what my insurance covers and tell me what my options are. She even checked if my son's insurance was covered. The doctor was very informative too and patient. He didn't seem bothered answering any questions. Over all a great experience!

To start things, I was late by 30 min and they made an exception. Even though I was late, the wait time was very short. Took me roughly an hour to get triaged and see the doctor. Dr Eric Zhang was very knowledgeable and kind. He really knew what he was talking about and took my occupational needs into consideration. Staff are very kind and they provide your prescription. That's a first, most places host your prescription hostage. Overall had a great experience and staff are very kind. Definitely coming back again.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Tina Patel and her staff. Everyone is so genuinely warm and friendly. I was treated like a VIP from the minute I walked in and I liked it! I have had a lot of eye exams in my 71 years and this was by far the best experience. Do yourself a favor and go there for your next exam!

By far one of my favorite appointments to set up I've been going for years. the staff is amazing they make you feel so comfortable and attend to your needs very quickly, they are so understanding still got to do my eye exam although I was a few minutes late! Love to hear Dr. Tina S. Patel opinions on my vision and looks very knowledgeable and appreciated

Initially came here in early 2025. I would've rated it 5 stars then. Coming in on January 2026, after they've changed management I've noted the staff to be less responsive than they used to be. No picked up calls or follow ups on your orders. Though the doctor and technicians are good. I've notice the means of communication and service has changed. Not for the better
