Perfect place to get scratched sunnie repaired! Lovely staff & very helpful!!

I walked into this glasses store because the arms of my Zenni spectacles were too tight and wouldn't fold easily. Ori greeted me as soon as I entered and helped me immediately. Within seconds, the problem was fixed and they were good as new! I was also impressed by their selection and wide variety of sunglasses. The service and product range are both excellent. Highly recommend this store to anyone in need of glasses repairs or a new pair of stylish frames!

Their frames are next level gorgeous and so stylish. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful and knows how to fit you for your perfect frame. Shout out to Jose, you are incredible.

My wife and I showed up to this LA Eyeworks store today because we wanted to look for some frames. Upon arrival, we were told that entering the store was by appointment only. We explained that we had just driven out all the way from Pasadena just to come to the store and the store clerk said that he might be able to squeeze us in before the next 2 PM appointment. So we waited a few minutes to see if they would be able to squeeze us in. While we were waiting, another gentleman shows up to the store without an appointment. The store clerk comes back to the door and tells us that we would have to wait until 4 PM to get into the store. As we walked away from the store we noticed that the person who showed up after us without an appointment was allowed to go into the store. He is white and we are brown. We went back to the store to tell them what we saw and what we experienced. Upon telling the store clerk what we saw and what we experienced, she threw her arms up, rolled her eyes, and said something along the lines of the person was let in because they said that they would only be browsing for about 10 minutes. Needless to say we won't be returning to the store ever again.

I haven't been to this location, but I purchased from EUROPTICS in San diego. I damaged my frames and needed them repaired, but instead of sending the front frame. They sent an entire new pair of glasses at no extra cost. Their glasses are of upmost quality.

Gai, Brent, Ori, and the team I've met are wonderful. I always visit the Big Sale every year and recently purchased one of the newest releases. Ori allowed me to pay over the phone and accommodated me driving over after work around their closing time. Thanks for always being wonderful. Love Ya's
