This office has a horrible scheduling my mother comes to see Dr Lemor she really likes the Dr but spending the whole day here is not right we drive 1 hour and 1/2 we come from Riverside county. We've waited hours to see the Dr. if you schedule a patient at 10am i expect you to see the patient at that time and wait no more than 30mins but when we have to wait over 2 hours +++ that's not right. Over scheduling should not be allowed people that come here are mostly senior this is not fair for them and most of the complain within them and don't know how to right a review online. This should be brought up the the scheduling management

Walked in at 8 am and there was already a line. Lady at the front was no help just stood there staring at us instead of trying to help. Walked up to be turned around at 810 because I wasn't there at 8 when I was ringing the bell downstairs trying to get in since I've never been in the building need workers who actual want to help instead of just sitting there acting like u don't see people waiting there. Not to mention parking is a nightmare!

Having an appointment is pointless, the waiting room is packed wall to wall not counting all seats occupied. Wait is super long WITH APPOINTMENT for doctor to not spend anymore than 5 minutes with patient. He has me bringing my daughter every week just to tell us to continue using eye drops.

Consistently LONG wait. NEVER have I been out of here in under an hour. The average time spent here is 90 minutes. But it has been as long as 2 hours. Completely unacceptable to me that a medical office would so overbook themselves. Be prepared to settle in for a ridiculous wait.

TRIED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN BY DR. LEMOR MD. WITHOUT ANY WARNING , WHILE ASKING A QUESTION TO "VANESSA " APPARENTLY SHE LEFT ME UNKNOWINGLY TALKING TO MYSELF. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I REALIZED SHE WASN'T EVEN ON THE PHONE. WHEN VANESSA RETURNED I LET HER KNOW THAT SHE WAS RUDE FOR HER ACTIONS. SHE REFERRED TO ME AS "SIR" FOREWHICH I AM WOMAN I FEEL THAT VANESSA IS NOT A PERSON YOU WANT REPRESENTING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE IS WHAT VANESSA IS

Dr lemoore ,helped me to see the world again. I am so eternally grateful and thankful for the cataract surgery that He had performed on my right eye.

Long wait. With appointment. Taking patient that came after I did, while I'm still waiting.

Super grateful for Dr. L Marcos . After visiting 2 different doctors, I was referred to him and he was able to tell what was causing my eye infection and was able to remove it
