This LensCrafter location saved the day. I arrived in LA last week only to have the lens from eyeglasses fall out. I googled the closest eyeglass place and was directed to this location. I walked in and explained the issue. The optician came and got my glasses and literally five minutes later, he returned with my repaired glasses. No charge and no tip accepted. Excellent service and I'm not even a customer of LensCrafter.....Yet.

I got a pair of glasses at the facility in Beverly Hills on Beverly Blvd back in May 2025. The technician and sales person were great! The glasses suck badly. Everyday is a constant struggle to keep my glasses clean. They are a lint magnet and everything I use to clean the glasses smear the lens. By far these are the worst glasses I have ever purchased. I won't be back!
