I came in last minute to have the nose pad on my Fendi sunglasses replaced, and Lena was incredibly kind and friendly. She fixed it for me right away at no charge and did an amazing job in just a few minutes. When I came back to pick them up, Ace was there, and my glasses were not only perfectly fixed but also cleaned beautifully. Outstanding service from start to finish -- truly appreciated!

Absolutely amazing. I was not disappointed coming to this LensCrafters location inside Macy's century city mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever you need or want. Customer service 10/10. They definitely helped with choosing the best glasses for me out of the great selection of frames they have. Optometrist Shirin Yousefi is absolutely the BEST to schedule your appointment with. Not only is she highly experienced, wonderful, and friendly. She takes her time with you to make sure you are comfortable and walk out with the perfect prescription that is best for you. She also gives out amazing advice and recommendations for better eye care.
